Order pick up last night got a pepperoni pie and a Hawaiian pie and the Hawaiian pie was not edible the one slice I ate cause I was hungry literally only had 3 pieces of pineapple like how can it be that canned fruit be held back then the sauce tasted old and very acidic. The kid liked his pepperoni pizza but we didn’t. I personally won’t go back for the pizza but I guess I’ll give the wings a try some day

Ordered the garlic bread, cheese poppers, chicken parm pizza and the bbq chicken pizza. Did not like any of it! The chicken parm pizza tasted the worst, bbq chicken was still relatively better. Garlic bread and poppers were very very average. (Don’t have good pictures but this is how they looked)
Will not be ordering again!

Stopped through randomly driving from NY to MA because it was the fastest detour from our trip – holy cow I’m glad we did, got the bacon cheddar wrap and honestly it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Totally blew past my expectations for a little hole in the wall off the highway.

I hadn’t been here in about a year, and it’ll definitely be my last visit. The grinder barely had any turkey, and the two-topping pizza seemed old and hardly had any toppings. It’s frustrating to spend money on food and end up with something like this. The quality is nowhere near what it used to be, and I’m totally disappointed.

5 Stars – A True Hidden Gem!
Village Pizza Restaurant is everything you want in a local pizza spot—warm, welcoming, and consistently delicious. The crust is perfectly crisp, the toppings are fresh and generous, and the sauce has that homemade flavor that sets it apart. Their House Special is a must-try, and even the simple cheese pizza is amazing. Friendly service and great prices make this place a neighborhood favorite. Highly recommended!

I have eaten here somewhat regularly. Appetizers, dinners, or pizzas delivered to work or on at the restaurant. It is your basic pizza joint with a fairly extensive menu.

Small pizza place, not intended to be anything more than that, but they do have a good selection of sandwiches, grinders, pasta dishes etc.
As for pizza – very very good. Definitely New York steel-deck style, nicely cooked underneath, fold and eat, just like some yuppie socialite in Brooklyn walking down Atlantic Avenue.
I’d say in the area this pizza is the most similar to what I ate as a kid (in NYC and Westchester County primarily)… and far better than some of the other crap around here (People’s Choice, “Greek” pizza, some of the Middle Eastern owned ones, no offense, but yuck.)
If you can’t make pizza, don’t sell pizza. But Village knows how… get it there 🙂

Honestly these not stellar reviews are shocking. Stopped here for a quick bite because I dropped in next door for muy thai, we got a steak grinder and a chicken parm. I’m pretty picky when it comes to grinders, bread, etc, especially steak (I’m really not about crappy steak, even on a sandwich) but holy cow I was blown away. Just INHALED that grinder and we might be back to train next door just so we can eat here again. Definitely a Greek crust on the bread, can’t wait to try it on the pizza! Buttery crunchy flakey but simultaneously, not dry at all. 11/10 thanks for cooking for us!
