Delivered order to the wrong address in June 2021, when asked, they accused me of lying/stealing. Never received the order that day. Never received a credit or a refund, the driver even took my precharged tip. Called for multiple days to to several “managers” and each was a run around, more rude than the next, to the point where one “dared” me to come get my refund money from them personally…um, no. I let it go then, it was obvious that they prided themselves on the smoke screen and I let them pocket my old pizza money. Shame on them, completely unprofessional and probably illegal.
November 2021, Since my young daughter loves this place for some reason, and I love her, against better judgment ordered again, pick up. This time. I watched as each person working there struggled to prepare a two pizza and two side order, nearly an hour wait from the time I ordered. They spent more time apologizing and rolling eyes than working.
I’d reserve this paragraph to describe how terrible the food was… but I don’t want to spend anymore time on this review…..

I’ve never had a bad experience picking up my pizza here. We tend to get big orders and I always order online. It’s always been on time without any order hiccups. Everyone they put up from is always so pleasant. Please leave these folks a tip every time you go. They deserve it.

Tim is doing a great job at turning then around. My pizza today was awesome, perfectly made to order. Also I had a bite of pizza, brownie, and cinna roll over weekend and all was really good..which was reason ordered today!

I placed my order about 10 minutes before arriving. When I got there they hadn’t even begun to make my order. I was a little disappointed but the employee was honest, apologetic and offered us drinks while we waited for our order. Since they were so honest and nice about it and the food was great I gave 5 stars.. it pays to treat people with respect! Great job pizza hut team!

That they check online orders that are placed an hour in advance and have them ready for pickup. Placed an online order at 330 for a 430 pickup. Paid online. Went in to pickup order at 430 and it had not even been started. Had to wait another 15 minutes in the car with other groceries. Doubtful that I will ever use pizza hut again.

Dishonest. Called asking about 6.99 med., knew you could get them if you bought two, but was hoping to get one. Nope. Had to pay full ten dollar price. Get there to pick it up and there is a huge sign saying 6.99 for a large. Hum. Made me pay almost 50% more for less. Plus inside it’s very noisy, which is understandable, but also stinky and dirty. After reading other review I think I know why. Prob. last time I order here (sometimes pizza is so greasy it qualifies as soup, also).

The pizza was decent but my order was wrong. The app and website wouldnt give me the option to split the toppings on the pizza, and when I tried to call in my order I spoke to someone from a call center. Very frustrated, she kept trying to put my order in at the wrong store. When I finally just went in the store to place my order in person was advised to use the website because they arent able to give you the speciald in-store. The whole process was ridiculous. Took over an hour to get pizza and breadsticks. ♀️

It’s edible. I never get the side items I order (I’ve paid for them, but they never put it in the box), but the food is ok at best.
Edit: ive ordered since. Food was wrong. They are out of ingredients all the time. Half of them seem to be either high or intoxicated, and they are extremely rude, as in cursing out my wife just for ordering when they are busy, hanging up in us, and delivering pizza and rolling their eyes and storming off (im guessinf because i only gave them a $2 tip). This is giving pizza hut a bad name. Pizza hut used to be my favorite pizza place, not anymore. They are jerks.

So today I placed my last order from Pizza Hut in Cynthiana. Many times I’ve ordered and it’s taken way longer than it should have but today I ordered a 2 liter of Mountain Dew with my food. Order arrived 20 minutes late and no 2 liter. The driver said “my bad I forgot” later I got a call from the store saying they are out of Mountain Dew would Pepsi be ok? I said yes and was told they would bring it right out. When he finally got here he brought Cherry Pepsi said “Sorry it’s all we got, call the store they will give you a credit”. I will not be calling the store because I will no longer be a customer!
