I came to the Wawa twice in two days and the worker I think her name was Latoya..? Was absolutely stand offish, I too work at Wawa and coming to a different Wawa makes me hate going. She didn’t greet me when I walked to the register she didn’t tell me how much my total was she didn’t ask if I had a rewards card. The only thing she asked was “do you want a bag” I said no thank you and thank you have a goodnight, didn’t even tell me to have a good night back. Today I placed a pick up order and this was a quick interaction but she still did not greet me and when I said “thank you” she turned her back and walked away. As someone who also works at Wawa this is NOT how it should be.

Don’t bother getting flavored coffee after 2pm. I walked in and wanted to grab 1 hazelnut and 1 french vanilla and I couldn’t do it. They closed it down for the day. They only had Columbian and decaf and 2 flavored specialty coffee of chocolate fudge and caramel. That’s B. S. I’m sorry. Close down the flavored specialty coffee and Columbia. And have french vanilla hazelnut and regular open. Not going to this spot ever again.

ROBERT on the other hand is rude and weird. Weird part is he used to always speak and great me short pleasent conversation when i pop in to get my coffee.
Then all of a sudden ,
Not only has he stopped greeting me but hes actually turned rude. I observed this one day when a lady in front of me walked up to his line he greeted her with hello how are you. Then when I walk up to check out not only did he not greet me he said not one word at all. And continues to do this every time im there. I will choose another Wawa to go to. Like i said Young and Weird.

I only ever make it to a Wawa about once every five years. I was super excited to slide down and enjoy this rare treat while in town. Steven (he/him) all but literally held my hand while I tried to figure out what to have. Steered me in the correct directions of what I should be having to enjoy this magical store to the fullest. And then told me that it was also his last day. Which brings me such confusion because I don’t know if I should leave a resounding five star review for what was the pinnacle of an amazing experience or a one star review for a building that now equates to firewood without him here. Should I tell others about what I had the opportunity to experience here? Or leave a one star review to warn people of what they will never have. The pragmatic person inside me can only do their best to find a middle ground and leave an annoying three stars for everything across-the-board. Wherever you are today, Steven know that you are missed and that you are blessed and that this world is better for having had you in it.
