Ordered online to be ready at 6:15. Arrived at 6:15 with one customer in front of us. Once it was my turn, was told to give her 5 minutes so she could cut it. There were only 2 people working (front counter and in the back – he was wearing house shoes or slippers). Other people came in to place orders and pickup.

The pizza was good. There was no working bathroom for a 5 year old to use. The online instructions were not followed. Wanted it to be separated with half to be cheese and the other half with toppings. All of the pizza had toppings.

A lot of folks give these wonderful workers a hard time but they are busting their tails to get the order right. Yes I’ve picked up something that was wrong once BUT being kind and understanding goes a long way. The cook wasn’t mad, I wasn’t mad, we looked back at my receipt and saw the minor mistake. They were awesome at fixing the order, and we chatted about our kiddos starting school this year. Be kind to each other, it goes a long way.

(My 1-star review is not for failure on the part of the local restaurant employees. The employees are phenomenal. Neither is it because of my food being fixed the wrong way….. it was fixed wrong, but the quality was still great. The problem is the online/in-app ordering “Comments box” feature which is inadequate to allow for proper ordering or preparation.)

My fiance ordered from there a 16 boneless sweet chili wings and 13 came in it and barely had a drizzle of sauce on it. We called to see if they could fix it the girl had an attitude on the phone and when we got there didnt even want to fix it or service us so the other girl working fixed it and apologized but come on now. Get better workers.

I ordered online, that way once we arrived at the restaurant it was ready for us to pick up. I ordered the big dinner box with 2 different pizzas, chicken Alfredo and upgraded the bread sticks to cheesy sticks. It happened to be Wing Wednesday, so got the 16 piece mild buffalo wings for cheap. Side of regular bread sticks and a 2 Liter of A&W. Everything stayed hot until we got back home and tasted amazing! My kids loved the bread sticks and Alfredo the most! Hubs enjoyed the mild buffalo wings! The food was so good I forgot to take pictures. Pizza Hut, we appreciate you!! ❤️
