Visited on 2/22/26, food and service was good ,spent $92 dollars and they couldn’t even give a straw for the drinks which were filled so full of ice you couldn’t drink without having ice come out,when we asked for straw they said they were saving them for take out orders but the employee was sitting at the table with her drink in take out cup with straw,should saved their straw for customers.

We are from Muncie area Indiana….last time we came to visit family in Jamestown we couldn’t eat at this Pizza Hut because they ran out of toppings for the pizzas…so we ate Mexican. Today, 12-14-25 we are here again visiting and went to Pizza Hut but again we walked in to find out the lobby is closed due to staff shortage but yet there were 3 employees at the table by the door doing nothing including the manager…. we went to DQ….we will be coming back to visit again so hopefully the 3rd attempt will be successful…..time will tell

Edit: recent experiences have been terrible. Not sure what happened but I’m disappointed.
Our server Danielle treated us very well and her timing was excellent. The meatlovers pizza was delicious.

Place was filthy. Our pizza was undercooked and had to go back for longer cooking. The remodel looks nice, but there was so much filth on the floor you could feel it through your shoes. Bathrooms were also disgusting. Place was well staffed and NOT busy. Staff continually walked over the garbage on the floor, 2 sec of sweeping, and nobody could bother to do it. Next time will drive to crossville.

We ordered the small pizza with pepperoni and pineapple plus a small order of the cheese sticks. Delicious!! Had a great waiter. He made sure we had everything we needed and a box for our pizza to being home.

UPDATE MAY 2024: Super cold in the restaurant again, unbearably cold. Not sure why this doesn’t get addressed.
UPDATE: Not as cold inside, but the large special is now $13.99!! Making it hard for a family of 6 to eat here:(
Love this place, but man it is always so cold. Even in the winter it is freezing! The kitchen should have their own unit. About too much to handle, please fix so my family come back. Thanks. I will go back to a 5 star once it’s warm!

I have other preferences for Pizza but not in Jamestown. The food is good, the service is great & the atmosphere is usually calm. Sandy & the others are very kind. I recommend this place.
