Excellent choice for excellent meat! Just don’t stoke the fire with the butter, it makes the neat taste funny. Otherwise, it’s up to the person cooking to create the perfect doneness. In addition, the best Long Island iced tea is made here! I’ve tried dozens of LI iced teas from all kinds of restaurants but none compare favorably to the one created here!
