Always good pizza, my absolute favorite! Everyone is super nice. But I swear everytime I get delivery I ask for no doorbell and no knock and they always do at least one if not both…it really sets me off. Otherwise all fives.

So I understand holoween is a verry busy day of the year for the pizza industry but that dosent make it ok to be rude and yell at your now ex customers when your having a bad day. Regardless of who was right wrong (jets blamed it on a computer error) in this case this pour 72yo woman has ordered the same pizza from the same jets location off 11 mile rdbin madisonn heights for more than 20 years and you yelled at her and told her it was her fault and there was nothing you could do for her. You dident offer to refund the money you diddnt offer to fix the problem, well you told her she was in the wrong so she can weight 2 hours for a new pizza and that was unexciptical So when we offerd to bring the pizza back for a refund we were told dont bother we would not be receiving one. So we had to pay for a pizza we dident order, then we tipped a driver (verry verry well becouse its holoween) for a pizza we dident order. Had to pay for extra topings we did not recieve and we are being told to bad if you want to weight 2 hours we will fix it. It was 1 large 8 corner 2 toping pizza and you sent cheese insted you could of fixed the issue in less time than it took you to haras her on the phone. She even oferd to cover the cost of the diffrence for the 2 topings that she already paid for if there was a mistake but she expland she has a coppy of the reciete. but the manager refused and wouldent even meet her half way. This is my sons first real holoween Thank you for making it one we will never forget.

Have been going here a few times a month for several years . Today no turbo crust it and it wasnt well done. Called to complain and asked to bring pizza back up for a new one and was told no by the 2 managers on site. Will be giving my business to another pizza place .

Order a pizza from here for lunch at work online and I only work a mile away and the pizza wasn’t even freshly made because it wasn’t hot or no where near warm the worst my delivery time was short then the time I supposed to receive it that was the only good thing about the whole situation good freshly made pizza is hard to get these days at the price that they for pizza here it should always be freshly made I will never order from here ago worst Jets I’ve ever had!!!

This is my go-to Jets location. It’s not the closest to me, but it is so worth the extra drive time. The food is always fresh and done on time, the employees are always friendly and extremely helpful/quick to jump to fix any mix ups, it’s always super clean, everybody is always working, just top tier service. Would highly recommend coming here as you can tell they put love into making their food and they serve it with a smile. The lobby is a little small so it gets really crowded when it’s busy, but that’s about the only negative!
