This is what was just delivered. Not recommended. Plus I ordered regular Che sticks and got bacon ones instead. Pretty disappointed got back in down from a long weekend and wanted a pizza and sticks and it was totally sloshed literally around.

Cortez was very nice and friendly. He was very happy to take my order. He made sure that my pizza was not to hot for me, which was very thoughtful of him. His attitude was very enjoyable. This man needs a rise or something because he takes he job seriously and made sure I felt welcomed.

Beware of this store. Never have i had anything like this happen to me but apparently the assistant manager robbed me by applying a $60 tip to my order when i was only supposed to be paying a $1 because i had some rewards i was using that day. Scammers. Even the manager. Nobody has ever gave me my refund. The manager said she wont give me a refund because it will come out of her own pockets. Contacted actual pizza hut customer care and theyw ont help either because apparently they dont see the tip added in their system. BEWARE

I just bought a beef pepperoni pizza a day before yesterday…I asked and was told yes they have beef pepperoni my receipt read cc pepperoni and I got what I asked for… today I come in ask for it again and now they don’t sell it , never sold it according to this manager and cashier…if you don’t know your menu just say that but telling me I don’t know what im talking about is wild work …if I told you I had it at this store slow down get what im asking for don’t write me off cause u the manager right now …that hurt my feelings and underappreciated as a customer and a door dasher

I ordered carry out online and paid extra to ungrade to cheese sticks and when I got home I had bread sticks! I called the store and the associate and manager Asia were less than understanding of my time and gas and informed me to bring the food back to have it reviewed for error and rerang up to be remade…my order wasn’t rung up incorrectly it was made incorrectly! They wouldn’t offer a refund, a credit, or anything said it’s nothing they can do!

I ordered a Pizza Box Dinner from this Pizza Hut and was really disappointed with both the food and service. I ordered two pizzas (one pepperoni and one Italian sausage — one hand-tossed and one Tavern-style crust), but both looked and tasted like the same crust. I also ordered Cajun-style boneless wings and upgraded my breadsticks to cheese sticks for an extra $3, but I only received regular breadsticks and no wings at all. I used my points for Cinnabons and instead got undercooked cinnamon sticks that tasted like they came from frozen.
When I called the store to report the issue, a young lady answered, put me on hold, then hung up. I called back multiple times, and each time she picked up but didn’t say anything. After about ten tries, she finally spoke and said they were too busy to check my order and asked me to call back later. While she was polite once we actually talked, the way she ignored the calls beforehand was very unprofessional.
I usually enjoy Pizza Hut, but this experience was extremely frustrating — missing items, poor food quality, and unhelpful service.
