Jollibee is my favorite fast food brand. Finally we stopped by this location after visiting the art museum. I saw lots of people saying that this location has a terrible service. I could understand why people would want to blame.
Servers were not friendly with an indifferent attitude. They did not put any napkins in the bag. There were a few people waiting for food at night. But our food came out fast. Also, we were lucky to find a seat. The chicken and spaghetti combo tasted amazing. Everything had the same taste as the ones I got in California and Hawaii.
The room was a little crowded but still clean. Hope they will have more professional servers.

The slowest fast food restaurant in the entire country. When I was a college student working at another fast food restaurant, they provided systematic evaluations to determine how much food to prepare to avoid overproduction and meet the real demand. Here they made a bunch of spicy chicken and recommended we take them who knows how long those have been there. I guess when you have too many customers you won’t care about service quality.

I went here for dinner and it was really busy, not only that but they don’t have spicy fried chicken flavor on deck as it was a 40 min wait, so I was like okay, I’ll opt for the normal fried chicken. Once I got it, it was good but it didn’t taste fresh, moreso in my opinion I liked the other Jollibee location in Chicago. The table was really dirty as well unfortunately. I used to have Jollibee a lot ad a kid so it was super nostalgic coming back here, chicken was as good as I remember and so was the rice and gravy. The spaghetti on the other hand smelled kind of crazy, but didn’t taste that bad. But as you can tell from the pic I was tearing it up!

Waited over an hour to get our food. It was just a small order for two people. A person who ordered before us was waiting for his food for an hour and forty five minutes. They just completely skipped over him. I wish there was a worker telling customers what the wait time would be so we could choose to go somewhere else. There was no reason for it to be so long. People working there are just not capable of maintaining order and providing customer service. I got to watch them work for an hour- there was no urgency or attempt at getting things out efficiently and quickly. No ability to maintain an organized system of providing food. They would let DoorDash drivers push to the front and would stop everything to prepare their order. People who ordered after me would push forward with their receipt and the worker would then prepare their order. I also saw multiple customers come back to say an item was missing from their order. It was chaos.
But my major issue is the lack of food safety I witnessed. Multiple workers were handling food and orders with no gloves. I attached pictures where you can see one worker who’s whole bare hand would be down in the gravy vat to spoon it into a container. Another worker pictured would shovel fries from the basket into a container and fries would spill out over her bare hands back into the basket. They left a vat of rice that they were serving to people open for at least an hour. They would drop things on the floor. Food was sitting in the kitchen for at least an hour without being served. It was really gross to see how my food was being prepared.
Personally, the food was not good either.

I’m honestly disappointed. We waited an hour for our food, which wouldn’t have been so bad if everything had been right, but the order was wrong when it finally arrived. The staff was clearly overwhelmed and seemed uninterested in improving the situation. They weren’t attentive or proactive, and it felt like they just didn’t care about making things right. On top of that, the soda machine wasn’t working properly and the drinks were warm. This place definitely didn’t meet expectations, and I won’t be returning anytime soon

Food is absolutely great. The cashier is friendly to serve. However, the time management is horrible!!! Every time I come here, I need to wait a 15 minutes line to order and wait for another 40 minutes to get my food. Can this location hire more staff or just fix the team management??

I’ve always seen Jollibee as a reputable and well-loved brand, which is why my experience at this location was so disappointing. The chicken was just okay—not bad, but definitely not worth the wait. The real issue was the service. There were more than 10 staff members inside, yet only 2-3 seemed to be doing any actual work. The rest were standing around, talking, or just looking at each other.
They told us the wait time would be 2 hours because of “big orders,” but it was hard to believe that when most of the staff appeared completely idle. It was chaotic, unorganized, and honestly shocking to witness from such a big-name brand.
This is supposed to be fast food—emphasis on fast. If you can’t deliver on that basic expectation, especially with so many employees present, something is seriously wrong. I left extremely disappointed and would never recommend this location to anyone.
