Ordered a very simple pizza order asking specifically for extra Pizza sauce, got maybe a teaspoon of pizza sauce on the whole pizza. If that.
They gave us store credit for a remake, this one had maybe two teaspoons of pizza sauce on the whole extra large pizza. So less than a regular amount of sauce, definitely not extra.
It’s not the end of the world but it’s just stupid.
Definitely not worth the effort to drive over there and pay extra for what you want only to be charged for what you ask for and pay for, only to be given less. If I wanted cheesy bread I would have ordered that. I was trying to have pizza. So like, sauce. And not just sauce but extra sauce please. Not bothering again.

I usually never order from here and tonight I see why. Spent almost $50.00 on pizza and when it got here the delivery driver was so rude. I’ve never had a worse experience with a delivery driver than today. As I was signing the receipt the delivery driver asked if I was planning on tipping (which I was after I got the food) and when I had explained that I got nothing but an attitude. I was asked to put a tip on my card when I was planning on giving cash. Definitely need to inform your employees that it’s very rude asking for a tip. Will not be ordering from you all again.

The pizza is always hot and fresh!
My husband and I usually eat there once every 3-4 months.
We just ate there today on Black Friday and the service was impeccable!
Our server, Jacqueline, was very friendly and was very attentive.
We did the $5 deal. Got a medium one topping pizza and 8 boneless wings, just $5 each! Plus our drinks. It was super yummy!!
Definitely will be going back to eat there again!!
Update: As of 4/2/22 : Pizza Hut is still the BEST place in town to eat Hot & Fresh Pizza!

We felt like the quality of the cheese sticks has really diminished it’s like it’s more parmesan cheese instead of mozzarella and we got stiffed paying extra for marinara cup of sauce. They were willing to credit or account the $3.80 for two extra cups of sauce $3.80 is that insane or what. I doubt we will go back to take advantage of that.

My husband, daughter and I came here (3-17-23) to have dinner. While waiting to be seated the bright red-headed girl at the register said “dining in or carryout” we said dining in. She, with an attitude, told us we could find a seat ourselves. There was only one other couple in the dining room and they were already being waited on. So I had no clue as to why we had to seat ourselves. Then wait 10 minutes to be waited on. At this point, I was rubbed the wrong way & wanted to walk out. But they were hungry so my husband and daughter went to the salad bar for something quick to eat. Came back to our table…still no menus, silverware, and no one around to take our drink order. After my husband and daughter finished two plates of finger foods our waitress finally came to take our order. At this point, we knew we were not going to order from them because of how bad we had already been treated.
To add: I worked at this Pizza Hut throughout high school 05-09 & not once would I have treated paying customers that way nor would any co-worker. This place use to be run like clockwork. Very professional. I am sad to say that it is no longer that way. Maybe new management? Who knows. All I do know is to SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY. Go elsewhere!

Other than the pizza was a little later than scheduled, it was a great experience. The lady who helped me, I think her name was Morgan was extremely helpful and kind. She made me feel welcome as we waited for the pizza to be ready. I will return and recommend to others as well.

I’m usually very satisfied with our local Pizza hut but today we had a delivery that didn’t go too well. The marinara dipping sauce was water down and our pepperoni pizza was not cooked all the way. Crust was still doughy like. Call the store and left name and number to call us back because the manager was to busy to pick up the phone. Waited several

Salad bar was less than desirable. They had not refilled anything on it obviously all day. Hubby ask for salt and pepper, waitress brought an almost empty salt shaker and actually said, ” here ya go, cant find the pepper”. Pizza was good though.

We rarely eat out since COVID-19 began, but today a few of us family and friends went to our local Pizza Hut.
We were greeted promptly by a friendly associate and seated promptly.
The restaurant was clean and neat.
Our waitress was attentive, helpful and professional. Our drinks, salads and appetizers were brought quickly and our main course was brought before we had finished our salads.
The food was fresh and delicious and the service was excellent.
