We placed our order through the app at 9pm for a single pepperoni pizza, paid, got the order confirmed, and the order tracker proceeded to sit on “preparing” for a full hour. We started calling at 10pm because at this point we were starving and the store was about to close with absolutely no update. None of our calls were answered. Instead, we dialed the number for an issue with our order and managed to get through to corporate, who was lovely and patched us through directly to the store, who answered this time, said “hello?” once, and immediately pretended not to hear us and hung up. When we called the store directly yet AGAIN, they suddenly picked up right away and said they had no orders. When we explained that we had placed an order an hour ago and would at least like a refund, the employee told us that they were closed and she couldn’t refund us, we’d just have to wait to hear from her manager tomorrow. She then refused to take our details for the call back because “she had our order details right here” (was the whole “we have no orders right now” a boldfaced lie?) and hung up on us. I doubt we’ll be getting our refund.

Thanks Pizza Hut, you did amazing job last Friday Night July 21st. Whoever made our Large Stuff Crust Pepperoni made it really good. The pizza wasn’t coverd in a lot of grease & it didnt hurt our stomachs either. We love the Meduim Buffalo Sauce wings too. Am a sauce kinda girl so please add extra sauce too. I think ppl would LOVE it if you add extra sauces to their different kind of wings/boneless wings/ different sauces too. Keep up the great work!! I think if you guys didnt make your pizzas so greases ppl would come back more often & if you LOWER your prices too!! Jus saying. A lot of ppl would come back more. MY FAMILY & I LOVE YOUR PIZZAS & WINGS!! One more thing, everyone would love it if you make more deals on all your pizzas & wings & other stuff too. Jus think about it pizza hut.

No service for over 2 years and we are about 10 blocks away. Today as of March 6 2023 Pizza Hut charges over $25 dollars for a simple supreme pizza and then on top of that you have to pay delivery fees PLUS a tip… a +$30 dollar supreme pizza to be delivered 10 blocks away? Absolutely NOT! Hello frozen grocery isle gourmet pizza!

Awful! They do not have their own drivers. They use DoorDash. Took over an hour to get food and employee blamed me because I did not give a large enough tip!! Very rude staff. Hidden rules required to get food. Hidden cost of tip that must be included in order to get food delivered in a timely manner.

Decided to give this location another shot after our last bad experience and… awful again. Turns out they were out of a type of pizza we ordered (New Yorker) but no one called to tell us. We didn’t get any emails or messages after we placed our order either to tell us of the issue. Found out at the pick up window when they handed us our order a whole pizza short. Even worse, the woman at the window was really unapologetic and explained how the manager must have seen it and just scrapped it (I think meaning we weren’t charged) from the order. She actually seemed a bit irritated to have to explain to us why a whole pizza was missing. We get that these things happen but the customer service around the issue was horrible. Pizza Hut, do better.

I ordered online. The girl in the window had ZERO customer service skills. I pulled up to the pick up window. She ignored me for about a minute and then turned and looked at me and said “Yep?” I told her I was there to pick up my order. She was unfriendly the entire time. I got my pizza and it did not have the extra topping that I paid for.The manager gave me the uncooked topping to add to my pizza. So I came home and cooked my pizza again. It did not taste great. I don’t eat here often because every time I do there is a problem. EVERY. TIME. I keep thinking things will get better but it doesn’t. This was my last visit.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to. The management is rude, and has no customer service skills. My pizza was delivered in a mangled box, with the cheese stuck to the lid. I also ordered the cinnamon buns and they were not cooked properly, bring heavy and raw. I called the store and he told me I’d have to take the pizza back in to prove it was as I said. I got irritated, and told him that I trusted him to deliver me good food, now he can’t trust me? He told me he gets calls all day and needs to see the pizza. So I guess most of the customers must be calling to complain about their pizza, if he gets calls all day. I will never order pizza from them again. The manager was rude and unhelpful.

It’s okay for chain pizza. I ordered a pizza with extra buffalo sauce and it arrived with no sauce at all that I could detect – almost flavorless. About the only saving grace for this place is their chicken wings are better than most other pizza places.

This place is probably the worst experience of any food I’ve ever eaten! I don’t like to give terrible reviews but this one needs a zero. First off we called about 815 pm multiple times no answer so we decided to just drive to location to place and order so as we walked in the girl was on the phone sitting on the floor talking to someone other than taking orders and keeping the line busy as we stood there for 3 to 5 minutes till she was done we placed the order with her and she clearly didn’t wanna take it but we work late nights and needed something. We were told to pick order up at window in 20 to 30 minutes so 30 min we were there picked the order up not checking order and driving off to our location to eat about 3min away we opened box and let me tell you it was awful no sauce not hot and looked like it was 3 days old! Dry like beef Jerky just disappointing not what you expect from Pizza Hut we have eaten at them for years and now we will never again it definitely wasn’t what we were used too! Now this was several months ago so nothing against the folks working there now haven’t been back so couldn’t yell ya.
