Worst pizza we have had in years. The order was completely messed up, with half of the ingredients missing. We ordered extra sauce…on both pizzas….we received minimal sauce. The crusts were burned, the smell of the pizzas reeked of old grease.

I was so amazed how delicious the pizza was and the delivery lady was a the nicest person. I explain to the driver about the problem I had with management several years ago. Come to find out this delivery lady was the new manager. I was so surprised that she offered me a job when I told her about the problem with the old management. Thank you, Ashley. I hope to see you in May. Thank you, Pizza Hut for hiring such a great management in this location in Springfield, Tennessee.

Recently rediscovered Pizza Hut after years of not eating it because there was not a location near my residence. I really enjoy their food and realize how much I had missed it. My experience at this location has always been fantastic! I order thru the app for convenience and then just go pick up. The customer service is great. The food is hot, ready, and correct. Not to mention the deals are great too!

Ordered through mobile app. Waited over 1.5 with no delivery. Called the store and was told that they had no delivery drivers and door dash was not picking up. The associate tells me your can come pick them up. Well that defeats the purpose of getting delivery. I asked for a refund and was told I have to call back in the morning. I call back in the morning and the manager states that she can not refund it back to my card and will issued a credit to my account. A week later no credit no refund. I called corporate and they say they will be in contact yo get this solved within 72 hours. Now we are almost 3 weeks out no response and no refund.

On Sunday 6/19/22 we had to rush my 10yr old daughter to the emergency room. She had sever abdominal pain among other symptoms and we feared Appendicitis. We left our other two children with a family member and needed to order dinner for them at very short notice. The local food delivery service was closed, I called 2 other pizza establishments and was quickly told that we were not in their delivery area. I admit Pizza Hut was not my 1st choice and when I called I was also informed that we were not in the service area by Darren. I’m not sure if he could hear stress in my voice or what, but he volunteered to make the delivery regardless because we aren’t very far outside the delivery area… I could barely contain my emotions, and quickly offered to tip him well for the trouble. He said it wasn’t necessary but I insisted.
