Pizza Hut in Springfield, TN never disappoints. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious, but what truly sets this location apart is the people who work there. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and consistently provides great customer service, making every visit a pleasant experience. Their stuffed crust pizza is hands down the best in town—perfectly cheesy and cooked just right every time. This is my go-to spot in Springfield whenever I’m craving pizza to go. Highly recommend!!!

I ordered 1 Big New Yorker Pepperoni Pizza and 2 Oven Baked Italian Meats. I wanted it delivered, but was told they didn’t have any delivery drivers. When I arrived to pick up my order the manager would not give me my military discount because I didn’t include it in my order. She was very rude and refused to give me any discount. I asked her name. She said, her name was Kim. I left without my order. I spent a Paramount of money with Pizza Hut on a weekly basis. I will not give Pizza Hut any more of my business until this is rectified.

I just received my order which is NOT what I thought I was ordering. I didn’t want a pesto thin crust in squares. I called the store and clearly explained the situation to Tiffany who was not helpful at all, spoke over me, had me in hold and then tried to get more money out of me while calling me a liar, I can’t believe that this company has stopped so low. She clearly has no idea how to handle customer complaints or disapproval and refused to do anything to make this right. I would love to speak with corporate. The picture of the pizza I ordered is NOT the pizza I wasted my money on and received. If you look at the pictures, you will see the pizza they advertised is not what I got! I want my money back.

As soon as we walked in, we smelled bar rot. In the place doesn’t sell alcohol. It smelled moldy. It was gross so we decided to pick up our food and take it home. While reading the menu, I was unable to stand the stench. So we just went elsewhere for food. I will never be back.

1. Pizza used to be good. Last few times, it was no better than Little Caesars.
2. Chicken wings have very little sauce. You ask for more sauce, they want to charge you.

Yesterday, May 9th, I had a very bad experience at this location. I ordered my pizza by phone and arrived half an hour later. When I got to the window, I waited for about 8 minutes and no one served me. Then, a woman came out to serve me because there was already a line of cars and I was first. What she did was send me to park because there were many people waiting. She gave the order to the person behind me. Meanwhile, I had to get out and go inside to get the pizza. It’s not fair that they do that. To me, that was racism, and I will not buy from that restaurant again until they change their attitude. The pizza was already cold.

We went to the store to order a pizza and when we were checking our bank later in the evening we saw that they charged us twice. One charge was $3 more than the than the first charge. So we called the bank to let them know and they said one of the charges should drop off in a couple of days. So we decided to call Pizza Hut and make them aware of the 2 charges. They told us since we already picked up the pizza we should have checked the bank before we left. After thinking about it for a while I decided to call them back. I asked them how many of their customers actually stand there and check their bank statement before they leave the store. And why is one charge $3 more than the other. I guess someone decided to help themselves with a little tip. I know losing just one customer doesn’t matter to them but there are other places to get pizza. No more Pizza Hut for us!!!

On Sunday 6/19/22 we had to rush my 10yr old daughter to the emergency room. She had sever abdominal pain among other symptoms and we feared Appendicitis. We left our other two children with a family member and needed to order dinner for them at very short notice. The local food delivery service was closed, I called 2 other pizza establishments and was quickly told that we were not in their delivery area. I admit Pizza Hut was not my 1st choice and when I called I was also informed that we were not in the service area by Darren. I’m not sure if he could hear stress in my voice or what, but he volunteered to make the delivery regardless because we aren’t very far outside the delivery area… I could barely contain my emotions, and quickly offered to tip him well for the trouble. He said it wasn’t necessary but I insisted.
I attempted to handle everything by phone, but I couldn’t add a tip over the phone. I dropped my wife and daughter off at the ER and quickly drove to the store to pay for everything. Darren accepted my payment and tip with haste and humility. It was at this time when I told him about my daughter, Darren told me that he would be fervently praying for my daughter and my wife and I.
Words cannot express my gratitude for Darren, his kindness, helpfulness and humanity.
Pizza Hut, you gained a lifetime customer and you owe it ALL to Darren at the Springfield, TN Pizza Hut.
