Outstanding service! The employee working the front was very professional and informed me my food would be ready in just a few minutes which I understood they were slammed. I gave my receipt to another employee who made sure she grabbed the right one. This location is the best one I’ve encountered so far and they have always done a fantastic job.

I came here tonight to order a pizza for my daughter because she loves Pizza Hut cheese stuffed crust pizza. Well we were rudely told they were out of it. Then we tried to order a medium regular pizza, they were out of that. So we ordered a large because that was the only option. The hostess rudely took our payment and rudely explained all this to us as if it was a bother to her that we were there to order a pizza am hour before they close at 10pm. After waiting in my car for the pizza I came inside to see if it was ready and was rudely told that it was being cut and wasn’t ready yet. I went back to my car and waited longer. When I came in a second time and asked if it was ready she almost dropped it taking it out of the pizza warmer. No apology no kindness just plain RUDE. THANK YOU FOR MY PIZZA I WON’T BE BACK.

They blamed my delivery order that was confirmed for 6:49 pm delivery time undelivered by 8:05 pm when I had to go get my order. They said it was thier computer said my order was carry out on their end. Never again. This location has had nothing but complications on all my orders. I should gave learned the first problem but time after time I gave this location every chance. I didn’t even get a discount or free pizza after all this. I am done.

This place is terrible. Not only was my order super late with delivery, I had to go pick it up myself. I was not refunded for the delivery fee, and they did not include my reward order nor was I reimbursed for my online rewards. The worker inside the store told me there was nothing they could do about either one of them. This is a terrible terrible terrible business. And they will not get mine anymore.

Moved out here, ordered from this location twice. Poor food quality with things missing both times. 1.5 hour waits with cold food both times. Poor response when calling in to try to get my items missing. Staff seems confused and location struggling.

Definitely not ready in 15 mins as app states. If it’s going to take 15 or 30 mins. Makes no difference if you set the right expectation. I can then make a decision based on that. Don’t make me show up at the expected time, and then make me wait standing around.

took 3 and a half hours to get the right pizza delivered after the first one was messed up and it wasent even RIGHT because apparently they ran outta pan pizza crust or hand tossed and had to settle for thin which we really dont care for, was a really bad experience.
