Wow. We’ve been looking for a breakfast place to suit us and this is it. The decor is minimalist and stylish. The black and white theme is really appealing, with the floor to ceiling windows giving a really modern look, unlike some of the other franchise locations.

We came in on a Saturday morning, and we were greeted and seated quickly! The staff is friendly and they have a lovely waiting area with comfortable chairs. I ordered a six stack of “mini pancakes”. And I can say that these pancakes are not mini. These pancakes take up 80% of the plate which was unexpected but it was good so I didn’t mind as much. The prices are reasonable and good and they have a variety of options for all times of the day. Out of everything the sling cakes were the best. I definitely will be back !!

I was hopeful and expected better for Speedway. The food was OK. The service was very slow – waitress was nice at least! Kids got chicken strips and they were dry and tasteless. Breakfast foods were just that – nothing really special about it. Also, it was very hot, maybe some pulldown shades would be a good idea. Excited more than ever for Borage to open down the street!

Not really alot to rave about. Asked about getting a bloody mary since they have them advertised on their menu but was told they don’t even have their bar ready yet. Food was okay, definitely not memorable. They had decent coffee at least. Staff appears lost.
