4/11/2023 Ordered on the phone from the call center. I asked about specials the woman told me of two. I decided on a meat lovers pizza. At the end of the call I asked about crushed red peppers, Parmesan packets. She had to transfer me to the store to have that added, because she had put the order in.

This is my go to Pizza Hut!! Only had one bad experience. Did a pick up, I could smell the pizza was burnt, and sure enough it was burnt around the edges pretty good on one pizza. Other than that. I’ve had no problems! I love it here.

Out sourcing to a call center in another country is not cool. Pizza Hut is not that busy that the actual store can’t pick up the phone and take your order. You have ti actually go to the location in order to talk to someone at the store. This is ridiculous

This pizza hut never has anything new I’m not sure if they aren’t following the promotions but I never understood this. The pizza sauce must be running out because it was hardly any on my pizza but the killer is when I order boneless with mild sauce I might as well said no sauce because that’s what I received.
