I love D’Angelos and have since the early 1980’s. I questioned IF I should write a review, but after going to the Biddeford location twice in a month and being served by the same woman both times and being treated with an outward disgust I had to write. The food is wonderful. The older woman with glasses, and I may have heard her mention management position, has treated me and my friend (and this week also my daughter) horribly. She walked away from us as we tried to order saying we we too confusing for her and she openly rolled her eyeballs. We are in our 50’s (daughter 20’s) and her treatment has been jawdroppingly horrendous both times. She needs to learn to check her anger at the door prior to working with the public. I hope she can turn her behavior around and be more kind to her paying customers. Maybe customer service training needs to be revisited.

Was in the Biddeford ME area and noticed there was a D’Angelos in town so decided to have lunch there. There isn’t one near where I live now, they closed the Rochester restaurant years ago. So I take every opportunity to have lunch there if there’s one around. Very pleased with their sandwiches.

Was a bit put off by the curtness of the ladies working, a bit rude when I mentioned an online coupon. Said well this is a franchise and if the owner wanted to take coupons he would, but he doesn’t.
Besides them having more pleasant attitudes, I might suggest having a sign on the doors expressing you don’t take coupons.

I just ordered a sandwich from them and I found a 2 inch piece of bone or something sharp in my sandwich. I tried to call them 20 minutes before they closed and I have not been able to get in touch with anybody.
