Terrible food from this location. Called to speak to manager and told him about terrible food. Told him breadsticks tasted like they had not risen correctly and the new Detroit style deal of 2 slices and 4 Italian cheese bread was done wrong. He swore he made the food himself and order was correct. Told him I had photos and he hung up. Spend your money somewhere else

The employees completely messed up a customers order and then got extremely lippy and rude when they tried to have it corrected. Instead of fixing THEIR mistake, they cussed and argued with their customers. They even admitted they messed it up, and still refused service. That is absolutely unacceptable. No accountability, no customer service, and zero willingness to listen. I will never be back. I called to ask for a manager and they abruptly hung up on me . If you value respect and basic professionalism, avoid this place.

I came to pick my order around 8:20. They were aware I was there for my order and the guy even asked my name. He still put the order in the portal. They didn’t even say thank you and I left my phone and they didn’t even acknowledge that! I’ve been in the area for over 12 years and it didn’t used to be this bad as far as customer service. The tall blonde guy is the worst. But anyway the food was fresh but customer service is differently poor here. They pick and choose who to give customer service to.

Every single time I order from here my hot and ready is perfect. A little crisp not alot of sauce with plenty butter and parm. Makes me a happy guy. Especially on a comfort day haha. I took the time to write this review because I’m very happy with their service.

So I ordered 3 pepperoni pizzas, 1 cheese crazy puff, two 2 Litter pops, and some sauce through the little Caesar’s app and it came to my house. The delivery guy dropped off my food but I was missing both pops, all my sauce, and they gave me pepperoni crazy puffs instead of cheese puffs. I called the store and the associate that answered the phone said that I can either come up there to grab the sauce or do nothing at all about it because the driver who delivered my order was from door dash. Since when did little Caesars let door dash pick up orders? So I ask to speak to the manager and he tells me the same things. I’m pissed off at this point so I hang up and drive to the store. When I get there I explain my situation to the manager in person and I even convinced him to throw in a cheese pizza inconvenience of me driving up there. Shortly after I get my cheese pizza, and the manager says, “I thought you only wanted a cheese pizza” the customer service at this place is terrible!!!!! I waited 30 mins extra and ended up paying for another cheese crazy puff. I can’t be how I was treated. I’ve been a manager for 4 years. Giving a customer 1 crazy cheese puff which is only 4 dollars will not hurt your business. Unbelievable!!

Ordered via app and threw away food once it arrived. I can’t believe there are restaurants that aren’t using stickers on their packaging that would show if a delivery driver opened or tampered with the packaging. Not LC’s fault but the DD driver wasn’t all there and I didn’t trust them.
