This order ( the first 2 pics) is from the pizza hut on Fort campbell blvd. The boneless bbq wings are seriously overcooked. The fully loaded pizza is severely undercooked. The crust is cooked, but the bottom crust is doughy, and the toppings weren’t even cooked. They were thrown on top and warmed. My family was really disappointed. Used my points to order this food.
The last picture is the pizza i ordered tonight at the Pizza Hut on riverside Drive in clarksville. Just like the other pic I posted, the pizza is undercooked. I had to bring it home and recook it. Pizza Hut is letting us down, and we may have to choose another pizza chain as our go-to favorite.

Never again will I order from this location. I ordered a large (3) topping pizza. As you can see ONLY (2) made it…I called to complain ,was told YOU WILL Receive a credit on my next order. (5.00) wow really $5.00 after the 3.00 delivery fee I’ll be Credited 2 full dollars after I spend a subtotal of 12+……

I order from this Hut quite often and they are, in my opinion, the best in town. It’s actually worth the drive, if you must. The delivery time is usually less than the time given when I place my order. The food is always hot and fresh. I also order the boneless wings which come to me still crispy and the pieces are a good size. Thank you Pizza Hut Team for always being so polite and making sure we’re happy with our order.

Not to be a rude person but I honestly was very disappointed with my delivery today. Not only was my order given to the wrong person they were allowed to take my food in their house. Directions were not followed and there was no communication about the order besides someone else being able to sign my receipt so no receipt for my records. If I had not come outside in time I would have never knew and it was barely warm by the time I retrieved it.

First and last at this Pizza Hut. The three pizzas and breadsticks were dry and had no taste. Almost burnt. Honestly the worst pizza my family and I have had far as long as we can remember. We will continue going to the other two closer chain pizza restaurants. Instead off taking the extra time to run here.

Please do not order from the Pizza Hut on Riverside Drive. They were amazing months ago until new management came in. The last two pizzas were horrible and I made a review online. The manager there called me and gave me a $40 credit to use in 30 days. I asked did I have to use it all at one time and she said NO. We only get one pizza that costs $14.22. Well, this time I wasn’t able to use the other $25.00. I told them I would pay but wouldn’t come back and the young lady there said “that’s fine!”. So needless to say…we left the pizza! If they don’t care about their customers, they surely don’t care about their food! BE CAREFUL! Word of mouth goes a long way! They close food places every day, all day!!!
