Ordered a giant #7 via DoorDash. No where in the description did it say bacon or I wouldn’t have ordered it as I don’t eat pork for religious reasons. Yet, this is the second time I’ve ordered through DoorDash asking for a turkey and provolone sub and receiving it with bacon and mayonnaise which I did not order it with. I won’t eat this. I can’t eat it due to my allergy to mayonnaise. DoorDash won’t refund the whole cost of the sandwich and I’m out the cost of the food and the food itself. MY ADVICE IS FOR THE EMPLOYEES TO PAY ATTENTION TO WHATS ORDERED AND MAKE IT CORRECTLY. If you know anyone that works here, please educate them on the importance of things such as allergies and religions that don’t allow pork consumption ( e.x Judaism, seventh day Adventist, shafardinism) just to name a few. If I had not checked the food prior to biting into it, I would have possibly been in the emergency room. I expect better from Jersey mikes and this is disappointing. I will NOT be ordering from here again.

Don’t use a card! They added a tip after I left the store and charged me an additional $13.00. You just lost a customer. Management was understanding but I dont have a receipt because they ask you if you want one. I didn’t think they would use that as an opportunity to steal from the customer. Shame on me. Never again.

Monea, the shift leader, exuded leadership in such a quiet yet confident way. The store ran in such succinct flow. Everyone was doing something productive and even offered to do extra with no attitude. I watched carefully while waiting for my food. Even another customers gave Monea a compliment on how well ran the store was. It was just perfect order, perfect flow, and perfect customer service. The icing on the cake was that my sandwich was good! I don’t know Monea….but in that moment I was super proud of her and her team. Seeing a young person take pride in their work and exude such confidence to the point the entire crew followed suit is endearing. I respect it. She’s one to watch Jersey Mike! ❤️

Got a complimentary sub for my birthday. Came to this location. Service was nice. Food was good, I ordered the #99 (if you know you know) chips , Ms Vickie’s all day. Staff gave me a free cookie because of a small mishap. The cookie was definitely delicious and soft.

If I could go ve this store zero stars I would. The service was absolutely deplorable. I had a $200 catering order that was not prepared on time and was just thrown together, the sandwiches were cut poorly and some pieces didn’t have meat because of how the sandwiches were cut. I mentioned an error with the toppings on order and Mya(Mia) and another staff member began yelling at me about the receipt and order and how “ain’t nobody arguing with you) Mya(Mia) tells the other young lady “just keep making and forget her.” So, I did not mention the fact that the sandwiches were being cut or prepared. The person who I guess was the manager Mya (Mia) was unprofessional, inappropriate and had a nasty attitude. The staff was extremely unprofessional and one was on FaceTime while customers are standing waiting for orders that were not prepared on time. The staff argued amongst each other and spoke rudely to customers, including myself. This store needs a complete overhaul and the staff working on 12/31/25 need training on customer service and appropriate communication. I will never spend another dollar at this store.
