When I saw not a single soul there, I shouldve ran. I walked in, said hello, silence……….So i said to myself “maybe hes having a bad day” continued to order politely still getting a cold shoulder. The food was 4/10. Wing sauce was watery but the melt, and bread sticks were okay. It was the attitude that did it for me and honestly he wouldve gotten a 20 dollar tip because I had alil extra cash on me but I was way to polite so wont get nada from me.

I work next door and ordered a pizza and when I got it I was a little disappointed so the next day I mentioned it to one of the guys that works there, Brett. The next thing I know he has gone back inside, now mind you it was closing time, but he went and fired up the oven and made me another pizza only this time it was bigger, better, and delicious. Brett and the manager, Chrissy, were so nice to me and they made me feel special. My opinion mattered and they wanted to make sure I was a happy customer. It was a great surprise at the end of my shift and I appreciate the awesome customer service!!!!

I paid $3.40 for 4 packets of ranch, but only received 2 of them. After settling down to eat my lukewarm wings, I found a long hair stuck to one of them. I would have been less mad about the hair if only I hadn’t paid a total of $1.70 (before tax) for 2 packets of ranch that I did not even get to eat.

I have been a loyal Pizza Hut customer since I was a kid. I ordered a pizza from this location and they’re not using the same ingredients as corporate instructs. I repeat do not eat here because your food will taste horrible. They’re charging Pizza Hut prices but the ingredients you get are literally store bought. I couldn’t figure out why my pizza tasted like it was missing something but come to find out not even the marinara sauce was pizza huts original sauce. Don’t say you haven’t been warned you’ll be disappointed if you eat here. When I pulled up the parking lot was empty and that should’ve been a sign not to stop here but I figured since I had already drove so far to give it a try.

Terrible experience!!! I ordered a chicken bacon melt with garlic Parmesan wings and they did an awful job.They gave me original fried wings sitting on a couple teaspoons of sauce.I showed the manager that there was no sauce on the wings.The manager said it’s because the sauce stuck to the bottom and shook my wings up in front of me and asked if I wanted more sauce.I was like uh yup.She added more sauce and did the same thing as before.I went back home and noticed my melt had ham instead of bacon and didn’t look nothing like the picture.This is exactly why this place has bad reviews

Pizzas here are usually made exactly as ordered. However, Pizza Huts, in 2023, are *NOTHING* like the experience years ago. I miss how it used to be just a few years ago, when you could walk in, be led to a comfortable booth and sit down, give your order to a server who would actually BRING YOU the food you asked for!! (What a concept!) Now, instead, you walk in to an un-clean dusty dimly lit place, and PICK UP your order … in a BAG, … and DRIVE HOME, to eat it twenty five minutes LATER. It’s sad that I will *NEVER* be eating here… EVER ever EVER again. Pizza Hut … is .. CONCLUDED.

Just ordered from here. Was charged for the order. Went to pick up and there was not even anybody that was working there. While I was there, 5 other cars pulled up to pick up their order. All had also been charged. Building empty. Corporate number didn’t seem to care. Said we would have money back in 3 days. They have been running this location with 1 employee for the last 2 years. They deserve to go out of business.
