I understand being busy on a Saturday night, however, it took 2 hours from the time we placed our order to finally recieve our pizza. When it did arrive the pizza and wings were both cold. We only live 2.6 miles from the store we placed the order from. We won’t be ordering from pizza hut again.

Awful experience. If you do curbside pickup they get confused and just never bring your food. So I went in and got it after getting tired of waiting. The cinnamon rolls were microscopic and they missed them with the icing apparently. The cheese sticks were leathery and the pizzas were unremarkable. I drove past a papa johns and a Marcos on the way. I think I’ll just order from them next time. They can’t do much worse

They WILL take your money and allow you to place your order online but WILL NOT deliver to the Best Western beside Loves. 20 minutes later, I get a phone call. Sorry, we don’t deliver there. Papa John’s DOES deliver to the best western, so they got my business.

I called and they had me on hold for 20 minutes so I already was not too much in the Pizza Hut mood any more. Finally somebody answered they took ask me my address and ask what I wanted so I told them and all of a sudden I was back on hold. So after another 10 minutes on hold the phone just hung up very dissatisfied BUT when I called papa johns they answered almost immediately took my order and said it would only be 25-30 minutes because they were “backed up” on orders pizza got delivered in 20! Definitely will NEVER call Pizza Hut again!!!!

We have ordered many, many times in the past with very good results, however yesterday 12/4/21 we Ordered a Super Supreme pan pizza. The order said 25-30 minutes. When I received the text the our pizza was “ out for delivery” we waited for 25 mins. I called the store and she said that it was being remade and offered a discount (I used my debit card) for it being late. Which as of today we haven’t received.
