The pizza we got was pepperoni and vegetables this was an hour and a half away from Mount Dora. I’m not familiar with the area. The sauce on this location was so thick and it didn’t taste good had no flavor. But the staff members were friendly and nice.

Order on line waited for the app to say Order ready for pick up so we pulled up to the window sat there for 5 minutes before they came over to check us out, we paid for our Order and waited another 10 minutes at the window and they came back and said 5 or 6 more minutes can you pull up and we will bring it out to you! So we pulled up waited and waited finally 20 minutes after the 5 or 6 minutes I go inside its still not done! The staff have zero organization or communication with each other or customers! 35 minutes after our 5 or 6 minutes we finally got our 2 pizzas and bread sticks totalling $55!!

We ordered 2 Large pizzas with 3 toppings. One of them was completely wrong. The other one, was just a cheese and onion pizza. I asked if I could add extra cheese in place of 2 of the toppings. They said no. Fine then, I will just forgo the extra 2 toppings. Not only did we not get extra cheese, there were pieces with NO cheese on them at all. And barely any sauce. Called the store and they gave us $10 in store credit. Neat.
