I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received during a recent phone call to Pizza Hut.
The experience was very disappointing. The employee who answered the phone was unhelpful, and the situation became worse when a young woman who identified herself as the manager spoke with me. Her tone was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Instead of assisting me with my concern, she spoke in a dismissive and impolite manner.
As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, this interaction did not reflect the standards of service that I associate with Pizza Hut.
I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and addressed appropriately. I would appreciate a response regarding how this situation will be handled.

Ordered carry out. I showed up to pick up , pizza was a supposed to ready. Cashier took my money and looked in the warmer and that was it. I proceeded to wait. 20 minutes go by then she ask my name again…..checks the warmer and grabs the food that has been sitting there THE WHOLE TIME!! I asked for a refund and left.

This place, let me order pizza from them at night and never delivered the pizza or called to tell me that they couldn’t deliver the pizza and then when I try to get a refund, they said they would refund it and one to two days and I still never got my refund -Then when I called back, they said they would refund it again and it still never got refunded. It took me four times to call them to get a refund from the manager who told me it would still be another five days till I got my refund -terrible service -terrible quality of professionalism on the phone. I’m never gonna order from this place again.

Very disappointed with the customer service at this Pizza Hut location. The staff was extremely rude and dismissive, acting like helping customers was an inconvenience. When I asked a simple question about my order, I was met with an attitude instead of help. Mistakes happen, but poor customer service is unacceptable. I won’t be returning and definitely wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone expecting basic respect.

Tried to pay with cash. Then card. THEN HAD THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
I went in to try to pay all cash. I had two 20s. I wanted to keep one of the bills that she claimed to be FAKE. The bill was from 1934. She obviously doesn’t know what 1934 is. The money was good then. It’s good now. Luckily I kept it and decided to pay the rest on my cars. Their code reader did not read my chip. Nor strip. Nor tap. I then paid with my partners card. That didnt work. They forced me then to TYPE IN ALLLL MY CARD INFO. something I’m not comfortable doing but I wanted my delicious pizza. So I did it. I put all my personal info in and it still didn’t work.
I had a 2 liter on the order………I told her take that off well cover the rest in cash.
I suggested to hook me up with the bottle for my inconvenience. I was aggravated. Annoyed. I have money.
She had no remorse. Or empathy for the situation. She denied me the soda.
I will never return to golden gate Pizza Hut. Sorry not sorry but I’ll be driving to another location.

I walked in and ordered a pizza. The staff was friendly and pizza didn’t take long. It would have gotten 5 stars but they use artificial bacon (not the employees fault) and it gave the pizza a bad taste. Mngmt should switch to real bacon! I ordered the Meat Lover’s large. Like everything else now days the pizza was smaller than it used to be but again management problem.

It was great. I ordered just a small cheese sticks . I paid 9 dollars, I thought a lot, then I got them, and they were one of the best cheese sticks I have had in years !!! I am sitting up in Cape Coral and am thinking about driving all the way down to Golden Gate just for the cheese sticks . And the two women that were working last night were very nice and good at their jobs !!! I didn’t get your names, but thank you.

Pizza hut here is advertising some they can’t deliver
You go on Uber eats (over priced already) and they offer you a special deal. Once you’ve ordered it through Uber eats and the items arrive and they’re not delivered to you, they deny the existence of your full order and blame it on Uber eats, the you call em and it they tell it’s Pizza Hut that messed up your order.
Great service to both, I will continue sharing my experience with these people. Good nite.
