Placed an order online to pick up, got there and my order was not ready. It looked like they were under staffed since I only saw one person.but not once acknowledged me. Waited in line since someone was ordering, after the person left the worker came and started doing another order without saying anything to me, he handed it out the side window but as far as I know it’s not a drive thru. I get lots of places are understaffed but to not acknowledge someone and let them know is very rude. Worker also had headphones on. My order was supposed to be ready at 7:00, didn’t leave the store till 7:30. It was just me in there. Customer service goes a long way and he was lacking that unfortunately.

When I walked in I noticed the line of people. Then, I noticed the customer ordering was on the phone asking someone how they wanted their sandwich, ordering 3 or 4 total. David was working and handling it like a champ for being solo. Shortly after another employee showed up and together they knocked the line down quickly. Had it not been for the customer on the phone, there wouldn’t have been much of a line.

The slowest sandwich maker ever!!! 4 people walked out because there was a giant line … it took us 23 minutes for 2 sandwiches… also they were out of almost all the fountain drinks and sandwich sauces. The bread is super hard and the guy helping us couldn’t remember what he was doing and looked either very new or high lol definitely won’t be going back

The employee continued to wipe his nose, did not change his gloves and dug into the lettuce.
I requested him to wear a mask and as he was looking for one, the female employee stated “you’re good Oscar, just wash your hands”.
I understand we are only human but I watched his hand (wearing gloves) touch the lettuce. Literally the area where he cleaned his nose touched the lettuce.
She needs to get fired.

The employees at this subway are the best! They don’t say anything about the homeless sitting around there dumpster stealing wifi, lol. Several of us are also military veterans! Food is wonderful too!
