8/11/2023 (about 1:45-2:00PM) Would have loved some pan pizza and hubby wanted pasta, it had been years since I had pan pizza but I guess it won’t be today. Walked in, NO CUSTOMERS, we waited to be seated and no one came. I popped my head into the kitchen and asked if the dining room was open. She said, “yes, I’ll be right there.” She lied. She never came. I looked into the kitchen again and I saw a lady mixing something in a metal container. I guess they didn’t need our money today. We waited a few more minutes and headed to a place called Giovanni’s. I’ve never been there, so hopefully it’s delicious!!

Never eat or work here the employees a treat like trash… the GM -christ brown will cut your hr just because she can there spy cameras with out consent . The AD is a lies and both need to be fired . Pizza hut going to be like blockbuster .. its disgusting the corporatesion allow monsters to work and play with people life like it a game is so sad I pray they get shut down

Ordered pizza for pickup. Picked up pizza within 10 minutes, pizza was not fresh. Not worth a $20 medium pizza. Not sure if we will be back.

Service was great waitress had a really good personality. Food was served hot and exactly as we ordered it and in a timely matter. Restaurant was clean. I would highly recommend this Pizza Hut. It is one of the few that are a dining in Pizza Hut.

When we arrived around about 4pm, the waitress walked by back and forth and not once acknowledged us or the lady in front of us until about 10 minutes of us waiting. She then told us to sit wherever we liked and again, we waited to be served menus or asked what drinks we wanted. When we received our drinks, she began taking our order and walked off to the register without saying anything then came back & said sorry. An hour after ordering, we were asked if we had ordered by the waitress that just arrived 20 minutes prior. As a waitress myself, I knew what that meant. So I asked if our order was put in & the two ladies looked at each other as if they didn’t want to answer. So I was just told that it would be coming out soon & that our waitress had left earlier. Everything was then brought out little by little and each time something was brought out, we were asked what was in our order. As I mentioned there, if our order was placed, I should not have to keep telling you what we ordered. When we were ready to check out, we were given the check where we noticed we were charged for 9 large drinks and there wasn’t even a total of 9 people in our group, there were 7 and 3 were kids.

Pizza Hut near our house. It’s great pizza. I do not like it when we order and pay online and the workers ask us if we want to add a tip. No. I don’t. You literally handed me my food.
