The half ordered with regular pepperoni and cupped pepperoni only had regular pepperoni. Entire pizza was ordered with extra garlic – there was none that we could locate. When I am being charged PER topping, I expect them to be there. Also, when PH is charging $2.10 more per pizza just because it’s being delivered – in addition to the $5 & change delivery fee, then put the toppings on my pizza that I order. Last – Tavern crust is supposed to be thin & CRISPY. It was thin, but very soft. The flavors on the other half were good. If crust had been crispy- it would have been great! Delivery driver couldn’t find us but instead of going back, he actually called & we explained the instructions on the order. He found us – we got food, he got tip – everyone was happy

How do they not see it’s not cooked!?
Crust isn’t even brown yet, that’s usually the first clue…I’d rather wait an extra 30 minutes than get raw food!!!
Ordered from app and this went out within 10 mins of ordering yet, didn’t get here for another 15 minutes, cold. Driver must have been leaving so, they wanted this one out with the driver…
Please stop doing that! I realize gas is expensive but, don’t send out raw food! It’s absolutely disgusting to bite into a raw dough, cold pizza..

I have always loved Pizza Hut breadsticks so much that I ordered two orders of them by themselves to pickup. I don’t know what happened but these were the most pathetic bread sticks I’ve ever seen. I’m use to big fluffy Parmesan soft breadsticks. Instead I got bread sticks that aren’t even cut crusty with no flavor. Super disappointed.

I went into pizza hut with my service dog. Staff don’t know what ADA regulations. I was told that he needed to be vested. Florida nor Federal require to have the dog be vested. But I had a service dog lease on the animal. Then I was told that I can’t go to the buffet because in case of allergies which state law states definitely says otherwise. But I was going to order off the menu. Still was not seated. I finally left after 10 minutes. Mind you I been in Pizza Hut in Lake Whales several times not only seated. No question ask. My service dog goes under the table and lays quietly. Service did not exist…

Came in for buffetlunch today and the staff is to busy in the back the waitress said to make stuff for the buffet. WOW SO THEN ASK US IF WE WANT TO ORDER OFF MENU , no not if your that busy and right now I see one family in the restaurant so wow poor planning.
