Went there the other day, and had a good experience. Food and service were good. The cashier told me store had only been open like a month and a half and they had rough start, so I wonder how many of the pervious reviews were from then? I believe in giving second/third chances, if I stopped going places after 1 bad experience I would never go anywhere.

Updated: This Pizza Hut never disappoints! We order at least once a week and somehow it just keeps getting better. This restaurant clearly has a great manager that is building a great team. The traditional wings were shockingly delicious and my pizza looked like it came out of a commercial. So impressed with this crew!

Stopped in a few times now. Better with each visit. I never judge a place by one bad experience, if I did that I would never eat anywhere, no place is perfect. This place has improved each time.

Second time ordering delivery and it’s taken over an hour and a half! I’m still waiting as we speak. The manager told us to give us our name and she would compensate us in some way but never heard from her or any representative. Pizza is mid — I mean it’s Pizza Hut but still you’d still expect your pizza to be hot and fresh.

Placed an app order for pickup…the app said ready in 15 minutes when I got there to picking it up our order the store had about 7 guests waiting for their orders. There was customers coming in non stop and I had to wait another 15 minutes until my order was completed. There was plenty of upset customers in the store waiting and they did even want to talk to the manager but it was to busy a regular worker listened to the complaint. The pizza was hot and good but might wait a year to try this location again.

Worst experiences ever!! I have yet to have a good experience with them. Now their calls get forwarded to a call center full of foreigners who can’t even get your issue resolved without the actual store who doesn’t answer their calls.
