The food was cold. Order was supposed to be ready at 515, which it was, but it wasn’t given to me until 6. Employee stated it would only be 5-10 minutes. I watched multiple people come in and out before i received my food. Watched one of the employees, knocked some of my food into the trash can, and then handed me the rest. He did remake it right away when I pointed it out, but not the point. I understand they were busy because of a fundraiser, but that is no excuse. I would not recommend this location at all.

Ordered on the app, simple ordering, good specials. Order 2 specialty pizzas and 3 simple ones (1-2 toppings). When we looked at the pizzas, we did not have one of the specialty pizzas, they had replaced it with a 2-topping pizza. I could not send an email from the app, so I called this location directly. The manager was very willing to hear me out and refunded me the entire order due to their mistake. The pizzas had great flavors, as per the usual Papa John’s quality that I am used to. I have no other complaints and would recommend Papa John’s in general and this location in particular.

I called in and talked to Neil. I wanted a Hawaiian pizza he said you should get the Ultimate Hawaiian pizza. It included bacon so I was in, I really appreciate Neil for his great suggestion. Pizza was hot, fresh & fast. Neil nailed it!!

Don’t order unless you want to get royally screwed over. I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and went to pick it up, got home only to discover it was a BBQ chicken pizza. Called to see if they would replace it with the correct pizza and they said they wouldn’t deliver it to me, which was the least they could do. Filed a complaint online and got an email from the manager saying they would give me a quality redemption that would be used the next time I called to order a pizza. I called, and they said I didn’t have a quality redemption. Tried to contact the manager and haven’t heard a thing. Not worth the hassle.

Ordered two hours ago directly from papa johns. Confirmed that order would be delivered in 30 mins. Called after an hour and half. Manager answered and she was laughing that no drivers showed up so they are using door dash and order should be picked up in another 20 mins. Now 10pm so the laughing manager from cancelled the order and can’t explain why the website still says half hour delivery even tho the drivers all called in sick hours ago. Eat somewhere else that can actually bring you food and not just lie and be rude!
