The Pizza Hut located at 7221 Pine Island Road in Tamarac should be avoided at all costs. Unfortunately, the staff was rude and unprofessional. Customer service matters, and this experience fell far below expectations. When you walk in, the staff are either complaining about clocking in, cursing, and not wanting to work. The manager on duty is equally rude and disrespectful. Don’t waste your hard-earned money at this location.

My order today was made with no love or brand directions!! I got the special for two medium pizzas for $8 a piece. Secondly, the pan pie was over cooked and flat like a flat tire!! We bit into it and couldn’t taste any cheese at all!! The second pizza was thin crust with bacon because they were out of sausage. This one was even worse and my step son opened the box and asked where is the cheese!! We normally are happy with our order from this establishment but this is unacceptable at the minimum!! I refuse to take an $18 hit like this!! Please beware of this pizza hut in Tamarac. Lastly, I tried to get help placing my order and asking about the online special and the two idiots there had no idea of what I was asking about!! Please view the pics of a pan slice and thin slice with bacon!! Shameful!!

Very old and gross pizza. Totally white and uncooked at the bottom. Delivery was fast and efficient but the pizza was inedible. I have to meet the store manager tomorrow just to get a refund I mean, that should be something simple you can give to a customer if something isn’t right with the order

Ordered two pizzas one stop away from the store…. bc I did not have my car. The driver passed my location sat in a parking lot 3 stop lights away and the store refused to help! So much for customer service. Never again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Called to place a corporate catering order, and they were unable to finalize it after 20 minutes of repeating the order back. They transferred me to multiple different representatives till I finally hung up. Save your efforts, they have no clue what theyre doing

I placed an order online for 2 Hut boxes (personal pan pizzas with a side). Even though I arrived a few minutes early, it was piping hot and ready to go . It was very clean inside, well-organized and there was a good amount of staff. Would definitely recommend this location!

I placed an order for delivery. I get a text the driver needs assistance. He just says “I’m going to go back to the store.” I call the store, lady says she’s going to call me back in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later I call back. She says “we’re just going to refund you the money.”
How about just remake the order? Good to know never to order here again.

They stopped putting the amount of ingredients on the pizza. A slice of a small tomato diced for a large pizza. 1 sq inch of green pepper, thinly sliced. You have to use a magnifying glass to see the onions. Barely any cheese. I think I am going to stop buying from pizzahut.
