I stopped by the Burger King on 137th and 56th today to try the new BBQ Brisket Whopper, and honestly, I was blown away. The flavor was incredible—the brisket was tender, smoky, and it paired perfectly with the Whopper. Everything tasted super fresh, like it had just been prepared.
I also ordered an Oreo shake, and let me tell you, it was the best one I’ve ever had. Thick, creamy, and full of Oreo pieces—it was the perfect treat to go along with my meal.
The staff was amazing, super friendly and attentive, and I was even treated really well by the manager. I can’t remember his name exactly, but I know it started with a “J.” He made sure everything was perfect, and that really stood out to me.
The restaurant itself looked really nice too, full of crowns everywhere, which gave it a fun and welcoming vibe.
Overall, I left really impressed with both the food and the service. Definitely one of the best Burger King visits I’ve ever had!

The service at this location is absolutely terrible. When I arrived, there was an elderly man waiting in line with another gentleman behind him. The second man eventually gave up and left without even getting his food.
I tried to call the staff politely, and although they looked at me, they completely ignored me. After a while, another man came out while cleaning, and I asked him for help. He said he would get someone, but also mentioned that they were busy attending to drive-thru customers.
I haven’t been back here in about two years because of similar poor service, and this visit confirmed nothing has changed. It truly broke my heart to see that elderly man standing there, being completely ignored. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Drive thru 5 deep. Went inside placed order for 16 nuggets 1 large fries at 333pm. Didn’t receive till 358pm. 25 min for nuggets. If I got in the drive thru would have been still 2 cars back. 2 people ordered 15 mins after me and got there combos before me.

The food took a long time to come out around 10 minutes. The person coordinating the food was distracting the cook talking about personal things. Later when I receive the food I see that the eggs are as thin as paper. I should have returned it but I didn’t. I will never go to this Burger King again.

I have been visiting this place for years but a couple of weeks ago it has improved the service and quality incredibly since its always clean and fresh to sit down for a while and spend a good time but also the service is really nice now it seems they finally understood what costumer service is about. I am so happy for them and of course for me since burger king is my favorite place to eat hamburgers. Good job

This place opens at 6 AM. My plan for the morning is getting breakfast at Burger King. Fine. I show up at 6:23 AM and I see the employees standing outside just getting ready to open up the place. The automated drive-thru voice comes on and asks me for my order, I inform them that I ordered through the app, and then a girl comes out of the back door and makes the not open hand gesture at me and coldly remarks “Not yet.” This is not service quality, this is not the Miami I grew up in. When I need to be at work at 8 AM and these people don’t follow their opening hours, they jeopardize me. I placed an order on the app. I’m stuck here, Burger King already has my money. It is 6:30 as I send this review and I have yet to be attended at the drive-thru window.

One word to define this place: HORRIBLE! one person only for the front orders. Hundred orders and the poor woman by herself. Then I realized she’s not only serving the orders inside the restaurants but the drive thru as well. Can you hire more people? Been waiting for 20 min and nothing. Everybody upset for the long waiting. And drive thru long line and people complaining as well. Please hire more employees you guys are way too slow.

Ordered the shroom melt, 1st time I ever had it… wow, service is always good, the food is a different story, I don’t know what the owners are making these people do, but it’s not working in their favor… honestly, if it wasn’t so close and the people were worse , I’d be done… I keep thinking it’s gonna change, I know after visiting this place over 2 years, it’s not, which I’m sure explains the turnover of employees. It’s time to start using a different location…
