Stopped by on the way home from vacation. Great family restaurant! Pricing and portions are perfect. My kids loved the hot dogs! The staff is extremely sweet and welcoming. We will be back!

My first time at Scottie’s Diner. So glad we stopped in. As we walked in, we were warmly greeted by staff and server took us directly to the table of our choice. Asked what we wanted for drinks and giving us time to look over the menu. I ordered a hamburger & onions with fries. Superb flavors. Handicapped parking at the far left end with slight graded ramp into outdoor dining area for covered entry into the indoor dining room. Well thought out for wheelchair guests. Very warm and friendly atmosphere created by staff and decor choices. I highly recommend.

I absolutely enjoy eating at the Scottie’s in Etowah TN. The food taste just like a mothers home cooked meal. It is kinda pricey ,but the portion of the food you get is well worth the money. We’re always greeted with smiles every time we come in. My family and I highly recommend eating there!

Probably the most downhome eating experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant coming from a huge foodie. Owners are down to earth good people and know how to make customers happy. Definitely gonna be eating there alot

I stopped for the first time
Tried the fried potatoes, hamburger and cheese
Supposed to be like a Shepard pie. It wasnt made today she warmed it up in the microwave. It was cold in the middle and oh it was so so greasy. I took my napkin and pressed the grease. It was soaked. It tasted horible. They need to get rid of that item especially if it isnt cooked fresh that day. If you like greasy food this is your place

We just ordered takeout and paid $34 for an unflavored basic store bought frozen hamburger sandwich with fries that were undercooked (still cold in the middle) with no drink and a tiny grilled chicken sandwich with mostly fat and uneatable (chicken) I guess, with a basic small house salad with no drink! Never again will we return! If you value a dollar and your taste buds you might want to go somewhere else! Just my wife’s and I opinion! Nice try I live 2 blocks from Scottie’s! Plus how many Scottie’s are in Etowah TN! Hell, There’s only a few places to eat in this little town! Less than 10 places!

My daughter and I ate here during the 411 yardsales. The place was busy but the cook and server were fast, friendly and served everyone promptly.
The food was delicious and portions large. The prices are reasonable.
I recommend stopping here for great food, service and nostalgia.

This place has the down home feel. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. The food was hot and tasty. Our waitress, Emma, was friendly and attentive. If you love family owned diners, as I do, you definitely need to stop by Scotties Diner.

After our train ride on the Hiwassee Loop, we went up to Etowah to grab some food at one of the recommended places by the train staff. The staff at Scotties were welcoming, kind, and patient with us as it was our first time in the area. The food was delicious, and the wait wasn’t long either. I definitely should have tried the desserts, but I can say for sure the salmon, okra, and squash were wonderful!
