Horrible Experience – Totally Unacceptable Service
I just ordered a pizza and chicken wings from Pizza Hut, and I’m absolutely disgusted with the way my order was handled. They sent a subcontractor driver with no thermal container, and instead of delivering the food properly, he left my order on the floor outside my front door — like we’re animals!
Not only was the food exposed to dirt and contamination, but it was also cold and unappetizing when I found it. This kind of careless, disrespectful service is unacceptable for any restaurant, let alone a major brand like Pizza Hut.
If Pizza Hut is now outsourcing deliveries to people who can’t even carry food in a basic insulated bag, they’re showing complete disregard for food safety and customer respect. I will definitely think twice before ordering again, and I strongly suggest others do the same until they fix this.

Pizza was delivered by a 3rd party vendor who dropped pizza on the front door without ringing the door bell. Food was cold and taste horrible. I will not order from this store ever again.

This is definitely a corporate matter. Tammi (manager) was rude and exercised absolutely no customer service or leadership. I placed an order online. It was delivered and one of the pizzas was missing the one topping we ordered, which was pepperoni. This is actually the second time. This instance we decided to call. If it was an error on our end it’s fine. All she had to do was explain instead of being defensive.
Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I actually had to ask her to calm down before telling her she was being rude. I just asked a question. Thankfully all calls are recorded and corporate will be able to look into the situation promptly.

I placed my order for 1 pepperoni Pizza with extra sauce and I used my points for the free cheese sticks I earned. Order was placed at 7:08 was set to be ready at 7:25. I arrived around 7:30-7:35 and my order wasn’t ready. My son was told it’ll just be a few minutes. We waited about 10-15mins. The staff told my son the pizza got stuck in the oven and they had to make another one. They offered us a free soda which to me was crazy to me. Why not just comp the pizza it was only a little over $10!! Long story short we received the pizza at 8:10pm! A whole hour after the order was placed. When I reached home I noticed they put pepperoni on one side of the pizza smh. No extra sauce and to top it off I was given BREAD STICKS instead of cheese sticks. It’s so frustrating to not only have had to wait soooo long for the food, but to have the wrong items is a slap in the face. The store wasn’t even busy for them to have all of those problems. It was empty. I might have saw 2 people pick up the whole time I was sitting outside.

Idk if it’s Pizza Hut the company itself or the location but the pizza is terrible, the sausage tastes like rubber with pepper.. and for that price, it was not worth it. I remember when dominos used to be bad and Pizza Hut had the salad bar but now the roles are reversed.
