Recently my house was on fire so I had no electric so it was really cold out Red Cross gave me some money for dinner I called Domino’s ordered $50 worth of food at 8:19 my order was supposed to arrive I called said was on the way 930 still nothing called said was to b there any minute at 10 said dropped it off but did not 1030 said took it to the wrong house 1039 said would be bringing to my house soon 1059 closed no food next morning called said talk to night manager was the same guy he handed phone to the driver y idk he said I took ur order to ur house n manag5n the background saying yea now what no I said then I asked what my house looked like he said 2 story brick house that’s incorrect then I heard can’t do shit about it then they muted me n I’m still without the food n no refund of $50 I need the district managers number this was insane they did not care

I’ve ordered pizza, cookie brownies, lava cakes and other items from the Cahokia Heights location for the past year on a regular basis. The quality has always been amazing and every employee I’ve encountered were some of the nicest people I’ve talked to. I’m happy to live in an area with great food and amazing humans. God bless.

Call Domino’s in Cahokia on camp Jackson road and they hung up on me the first time and I called the second time they had a kind of an attitude and then put me on hold again and then they said it’s going to be an hour and a half wait for pizza great service

First I went online to order pizza. Couldn’t order without a debit card. Then I tried to call and speak to a manager and never could get one. I was on hold for over an hour and a half. When I finally did get to order my pizza, it took over an hour, was cold and had a roach in the top of my pizza. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. And this isn’t the first bad experience with them. One night I ordered and the delivery person called and told me if I wanted my pizza I needed to come out and get it myself cause she wasn’t delivering it to my door. Kicker was she wasn’t even at my house. She was down the street. Absolutely a joke. Not a great place for a business. The GM should be fired and corporate should close the doors.

I ordered a pizza 2 and a half hours ago and I am still waiting. This is ridiculous, they won’t answer calls, i could have gone to the grocery store and made the damn thing by now
Update- ordered pizza again, because this town has no other options, 3 hours later and I have still not received my food.
Update #2- I think they got a new manager or something of the like, because you actually get food in a timely manner now. It arrives hot and tastes like dominos, not a homeless man’s shoe, like before.

The pizza was hot and fresh! They did forget my soda and dipping sauce, but when I told them about it, the manager rushed it over personally. The first delivery driver was really worried about leaving my food on the porch with my neighbor’s dogs being out. You could just really tell she cared.

Some were trying but one had an attitude problem and claimed she was just the delivery driver when I asked her when my order was going to be ready. If you’re not happy then leave. No reason for the attitude.

Update for the update 8/10/2025
Still a zero star store. I ordered online and 20min later the tracker still claimed it hasn’t been out in the oven. I get there and there’s several insiders but they aren’t doing anything. Just a lot of complaining but no product being put in. Driver acknowledged me, got himself a bank and went on delivery. A short flat chested girl running around cussing and whining then two taller ones in the back doing nothing. A woman ahead of me came in to get her pizza and it was made wrong and she said she had to leave and come back for a total of an hour wait. The driver came back from that delivery and my food still wasn’t made. If I add the time from when I got there to when I left with the food I was there nearly 40min which puts my food at an hour as well.
I drive all the way to Columbia or go to a different restaurant to avoid this place. I should have done it tonight.
