Just ordered two Philly’s with mushrooms and peppers and made it a combo and didn’t get what I ordered. There was no mushrooms or peppers and the fries were over cooked to the point they are hard as a rock. Called for a refund and got an answering machine. Disappointed . Hopefully I can get this resolved. Update still haven’t heard back. Left message on answering machine and has left emails. Dissatisfied with the service. Not to mention customer service will not be returning or recommending anybody to this place. Sucks because I had high hopes for this place. But then again, what do you expect from a ghost kitchen?
