Completely disappointed. I’ve ordered over four times, hoping for better results. Every time I get my food, I barely eat it, reheat it or just put it in the fridge. Once again, I received my food cold and barely cooked through, had to recut the pizza as well. I really would like it if they fixed the service at this location

Am I the only one that has problems almost every time I order here? Years ago this place used to be pretty good and then they slowly started going downhill. Even with new management here I’m still having issues with pizzas being under cooked, wrong toppings, wrong sides. Today I ordered 2 pepperoni P’zones and when I got home even they were under cooked and when I called it was as if it were my problem not the person or the cooking oven but an inconvenience to them for their screw up. I am going up there now to get replacements but it is still an inconvenience as usual. Hopefully the location near where I am moving to is much better than this one as this will be the last time I order from this location.

Pizza Hut really came through for us. We had a crowd of 25 people after a funeral wanting to go to a restaurant after the service at 5 pm on a Saturday. We could not be accomodated anywhere. So everyone decided to come to my house and everyone was hungry. I ordered 6 large pizza at a very busy time and did not expect it to arrive quickly but it was super fast and hot. The driver was nice enough to carry the pizzas in and set them out for us. It was a great experience. Thanks Pizza Hut!

I placed my order at 10:30AM for a later delivery of 12:45PM for a company holiday luncheon. This was a $100 order. At 12:45PM my order had not arrived and the status was still showing as “being prepared”. I called the restaurant to be told that they were behind today and were still working on my order. I did not receive the order until almost 1:15PM. We are a business and only have a 1 hour window for our holiday lunch. This was a larger order so I made sure to order in advance and since I ordered online it prompts to tip in advance which i did for an order that arrived 30 minutes late. I am not a satisfied customer. I feel that if I ordered in advance my order should have been on time.

Terrible! Do not order from them. Management has no idea about customer service. Waited 2 hours for pizza delivery. I called the store to check on my order and was told it takes an hour to deliver. I explained it had been 2 hours and I had received a message my food was on the way 25 minutes ago.she then said are you sure it’s not there? My husband has been waiting outside for it for 20 minutes, no it’s not here. She tells me I can get a refund or make a new one. I ask to make a new one and can we please not have to wait another hour since they never delivered my pizza. She tells me I have to wait behind all the other customers. I again explained I had already been waiting for 2 hours! She said we take orders in the order received. I said yes and I ordered 2 hours and now 25 minutes ago. She said I’m sorry it’s not fair to our other customers. I said it’s not fair I waited two hours and your vgoing to make me wait another hour. Can I speak to the manager. She is the manager! Lord help us!
