Have not had Pizza Hut in a very long time. On a rushed whim I ordered a family box using the app. Pleasantly surprised. The amount of food in the family box for the cost was terrific. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. Young lady at the counter during pick up was very pleasant and double checked to make sure everything was correct before handing it off. Will definitely be ordering more often.

Never picked up a bad order. Although my daughter felt hassled when she went in to use the restroom while my husband was checking deals on his phone in the car. I’ve never went in to eat, but it is a full restaurant.

Much needs to be done to be more customer focused. You order wings, to get no dipping sauce. Not even one with your 32 wings unless you pay for it. Unreal. The menu mentions they make substitutes then when you ask to trade chicken for pepperoni, you’re told no. Why advertise you can make subs (of course for a fee) then you can’t. Even though the request is because of health concerns. Before you state if it was health, why order from the hut? Its a digestion concern. The person in my party can’t have pepperoni without suffering severe heartburn so they asked to change that for chicken. They opted not to eat because of it.

If Broc is the manager on duty, do not bother ordering from there. He has no customer service and could care less that I had been waiting for over 30 minutes past the scheduled delivery time and proceeded to tell me that my order did not exist even though I had already been charged. He refused to give me any contact information on the owner or someone that could help.
