Hands down, the best Pizza Hut I have experienced in my entire life. They make their pizzas here with care. I got emotional during every bite. Every other Pizza Hut location I have tried in the past has almost always been a disappointment. This location however, is special. For all of those who are local and live close to this, please don’t take it for granted. You have no idea how good you have it.

After the Italian meat pasta debacle in October, we figured we would give Pizza Hut another try… Ordered two orders of honey barbecue wings and similar to how they “forgot” the meat for the meat pasta they basically “forgot” the honey barbecue sauce for the wings… It’s like they looked at an order of eight and said “Eenie, meenie, miney, moe”… What three wings are we going to apply the sauce!?!
To top it all off we just realized that the breadsticks are burnt to a crisp. We didn’t notice this before calling about the wings, it’s not worth my time and energy to call back to have new breadsticks delivered and hope they manage not to burn them too.
WE WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM PIZZA HUT IN ST MARY’S AGAIN.
Between forgetting to put meat in meat pasta and forgetting to use sauce on wings… I’m beginning to wonder if it is intentional by the restaurant. Is this a misguided attempt to cut cost & hope the customer doesn’t notice rather than a “mistake”?

I ordered Italian Meat Pasta… They claim it is packed with sweet tomato sauce, pepperoni, Italian sausage, cheese, shredded Parmesan… IT’S NOT.
My pasta was burnt to a crisp on the top, after peeling off the burnt layer, there was no tomato sauce on 80% of the pasta, there was no Italian sausage in the entire bowl, and it lacked shredded parmesan. Absolutely terrible, I’m not even sure how they thought they made the dish correctly.
I’m just baffled how you forget to put the meat and sauce in a pasta bowl.

The atmosphere nice and quiet. Service is good depending on who at the front desk. Some not cheerie like others. The bread sticks are nice. Pizza good too, but I’m at that point we’re it give me a lot of heart burn. I like their wings too

Ordered from pizza hut at 2511 Osborne Rd, St Marys, GA 31558 after returning home from surgery, delivery was on time and we were hungry. I opened the pizza box and to my surprise it looked strange and then noticed that someone had taken part of the pizza from the middle. The pizza is supposed to be the big new yorker 16in pizza but what we got was 14in x 16in and you can tell something is missing because the pepperoni was missing the other half. I called the manager and she said she would issue a refund of the pizza and I was ok with that result but today my credit card was carged the full price and nothing deducted or refunded. I tried to call the shop today to speak to the manager but the call was just forwarded to somewhere and was never picked up. Now my only option is to file a complaint with their corporate and see what happens there.

The flatbread pizza was decent, but service left aomething to be desired. Pizza Hut definatel isn’t what it used to be. Brunswick definately has a bwtter Pizza Hut.

I ordered a large supreme pizza tonight from the Pizza Hut in St Mary’s, Ga. I took a screenshot of my order and what I paid for it. I went to pick up my order, got home and I had a large cheese pizza and the receipt was for $17.11. I called Pizza Hut and spoke with a manager and told him what I received but I had ordered a large supreme online and what I had paid was $20.19. I also told the manager I had taken a screenshot of my order. The manager wouldn’t believe what I was telling him. The manager wouldn’t give me my money back or correct my order. He said his receipt said I had ordered a large cheese pizza. I told the manager that $20.19 came out of my bank and he still wouldn’t believe me. They told me I would have to order again to get a supreme pizza and pay for it again.

I love this Pizza Hut. I see they have a few bad reviews but things must’ve changed bc I eat here wkly. I will put St Mary’s Pizza Hut up against any of them. They have the Pizza Hut taste that I LOVE
