Visited the Panera Bread in Hutto to meet with a client. Overall, solid experience.
A few tables were left dirty during our visit, so a little more attention to cleaning would be appreciated. That said, the staff was on point, attentive, and professional throughout.
The drink I ordered for my client made them happy, which helped the meeting go smoothly. It also felt like a good spot to handle business matters while still being relaxed enough to hang out.
With tighter table cleanup, this would be an easy repeat.

I ordered pick 2. Green Goddess Cobb salad and a 1/2 chicken avacado sandwich. . Ommgosh. The avaxados were brown in BOTH and just a sliver of an avocado for the avocado salad and chips pieces of chicken? My bread was so thin it fell apart but the kicker was the top slice did not for the bottom and it was a MESS trying to eat it. I know now to stick to Georgetown or Temple for my Panera experience. This was AWFUL!. And what I paid for it?!! Not worth it! Never here again. I wish I took pictures at the first

I first visited back in November we ordered on the app for pick up. We walked in to wait for it, app said 15 minutes. As we walked in nobody greeted us. We had sometime left to wait so we sat down. There were a few other people waiting as well. A few employees working in the front and some in the back. A gentleman walks out from the bathroom area had a black shirt on with a name tag do we thought he was the manager. As he walked by there was an employee following close behind him and he seemed upset. (I’m very observant) As he walked up to the front he started yelling at his employees and slamming things while working orders. It was awkward and worrisome for the employees that had to work with him that night. By this time our order should’ve have been done. A few people that were in there waiting beforehand would check on their orders and were told to wait a little longer. I waited to ask out of courtesy for the employees since they had been treated badly by there manager. Food started coming out they finally called my name. I decided at that point not to leave a review as it may have been a one off day for the manager. Today we went to pick up some food, we ordered thru drive through this time. As we got to the window we waited about 8 minutes before anybody came to the window. The girl was sweet and apologized for the wait. We paid, waited about 8 more minutes and got our food and headed home. We ordered 2 “bowls” of soup and a sandwich. The food is great but this is the “bowl” of chicken noodle….some carrots some chicken fat…and all broth. $6 for each “bowl”. The person serving it didn’t care enough to make sure it was worth the the cost. Now I know that the person who served it would have been upset if it was their order. Will I give it a chance, yes I like the food. Maybe at a different location, Hutto we can do better then this.

My breakfast sandwich was not hot or even warm to the touch. Pretty much room temperature. The citrus punch was refreshing. The Hibiscus tea was lacking. For lunch, yes I came back lol. My usual Turkey Bacon Bravo was good and so was the broccoli cheddar soup. The service was great! Very Friendly faces and accommodating. Super cute hippo out front. Hi! Toastina! Was lucky enough to get there somewhat early to get my free tumbler this morning too.

Ordered two spinach and bacon souffle for drive thru pick up around 6:30 am on a Saturday so it was not busy. When I got to where I was going, the souffles were just egg. Very disappointing. I wasn’t going to be going home until late so couldn’t go back for an exchange.

Came here to get some studying in for the end of the semester and really enjoyed the overall experience. Staff was very kind and kept the place tidy from what I saw over the course of about seven hours. I ordered food twice over these seven hours and both times resulted in me getting my food very fast and it wasn’t cold at all. The seating is limited, but as long as you don’t come with a large group during lunchtime it shouldn’t be an issue. Definitely smaller than other Paneras I’ve been to but far cleaner and better organized!

At 8am, there are 18 standing around waiting on their orders. One single person working her butt off trying to get orders out while the other employee is eating breakfast and watching this. Not sure why taking a long break at 8am is needed. Take care of your customers first.

Ordered at kiosk and waited for my breakfast order to be fulfilled, morning of 12/24/25. Didn’t receive the cup for my order, and asked for one. I was handed a plastic medium cup with droplets of liquid on the inside—had been used for something prior. I stood at the front and waited to catch someone else’s eye to ask for a CLEAN cup. I had added a tip to my order and had no prior interaction with anyone there to get prompt this negative behavior by your employee. Order took a while, because staff were all talking to each other in the kitchen. Definitely not busy at all; an empty drive thru and I wasn’t even sure if they place was open when I went inside; only two other customers in the building. Meanwhile, my husband ordered a huge Chick-fil-A order in the drive thru next door and ended up waiting for me in the Panera parking lot because my experience took so long.

We all grew up with the good Paneras. The ones that had customer service, hot bread out front, fresh food with great taste. This one of those distopian future locations that removed any interaction with customers for a kiosk, dine in orders served in plastic and sub par food quality. The space is tight, cold with frail chairs. Even the coffee is on demand via an iPad interface (like your local gas station coffee). It’s not Panera as we knew it, it’s not the community gathering spot it once was known for. Just another fast food shack.

This was my first time ordering from the new location. I ordered delivery but the delivery person never arrived with my food nor would he answer the phone. I called Panera directly since I couldn’t get in touch with delivery and they immediately apologized and refunded the order even though the delivery person was from a third party and completely out of their control. The gentleman was so kind! He offered to remake the meal if I was able to pickup. Unfortunately, I am on crutches so I wasn’t able to, but just thought I’d shout the staff and business out for how they handled the situation! Will definitely be stopping by when I am able!
