Pizza is never cut all the way. Always have to re-cut the slices. I ordered one today and when it got here, it looked as if they stood the box up on it’s side. All the toppings were on one half of the pizza. Never got my wings from the order before this one.

Pizza Hut Review: Stuffed Crust MVP
I’ll start by saying I’m pretty particular when it comes to pizza, which is why Pizza Hut earns a strong 4 out of 5 stars from me. It’s consistently good, reliable pizza, but I save those perfect scores for truly rare occasions!
The main reason I eat here is, hands down, the Stuffed Crust. Seriously, it’s the star of the show and the primary draw. That cheesy, warm crust elevates the entire meal and keeps me coming back every time.
As for the service, it was pretty well overall. The staff was generally helpful and friendly. The only minor hiccup was a small wait when first trying to get helped, but once the ball was rolling, everything else was smooth.
If you’re looking for that iconic, cheese-stuffed experience, this is the place.

This is a good Pizza Hut place. I ordered their Cheesy Bites one topping with Ranches set at $14 (w/coupon) and it was ready within 10 mins and hot. the employees worked there have good attitude and provided good customer service. I’d order here again. The cheesy bites pizza is one of the best thing Pizza Hut came out lately as a new product. Nicely tasted and large pizza that 3 people can eat. Their cheesy bites crust taste so good. No carry out pizza places in the area nearby have great pizza at this price.

It’s always issues with this store. I never received my orders. It is not DoorDash‘s fault when the Dasher comes into the store, the excuse is always the pizza was picked up or given to someone else. It really doesn’t make any sense when you have technology and systems that are in place.

Admittedly, my experience wasn’t during a busy time but the order was ready a few minutes early, the cashier was very polite and courteous with my requests and, as ALWAYS, the pizza’s were Delicious.
Team member almost insisted they carry the order out to my car for me which was above & beyond and sincerely appreciated!
Only one issue was that they should have included the little plastic support for the middle of the boxes to prevent the pizzas from getting smashed by the top of the boxes. It isn’t appetizing to have to scrape the toppings off the box when you get home!!
Otherwise, I’m very happy with this convenient location and very professional & courteous team!

Placed my order via the call center and when I arrive, the store was front door was locked and the woman in the picture completely ignored me for over 10 minutes. Mind you, I’m just here to pick up my carryout order that I placed over 20 minutes ago and the intake rep for Pizza Hut that took my order, didn’t say anything about this location being closed or having special hours. There were two white workers there that was very rude and disrespectful to me as a customer. The white guy treatment towards me wasn’t any better. He open the door just to say, We Closed! Then precedent to close the door after I told him I have an current order. This is unacceptable Pizza Hut and how dare you have local regular employees making their own rules. I pretty sure corporate or the owner would NOT like how these two represented the company. They’re a total liability for the company and Pizza Hut you have lost a customer for over 40 years.

For the second time in a row, I’ve received the wrong pizza. There is no sticker on the box to show the contents and who it’s for. The hand tossed was under cooked as well. I’m going to take this as a sign that I need to stay away from this place.

Placed my order at 6:52 and it was done by 7:05, 2 minutes prior to the originally promised time. I walked in the guy behind the counter grabbed my order showed me the excellently finished product and I walked out like I owned the place a pizza champion. I don’t know what people are talking about 3.6 stars y’all are straight fiends out here. No one put pizzas the hut!

Manager is very anal. Made a mistake ordering, ordered a cheesy pasta instead of chicken pasta. He insisted it would affect inventory if he added chicken despite them being the exact same price. I’ll stick to ordering from the Rincon location.
