When someone orders a venti large drink that’s what you give them. I called the Starbucks because this is the second time they have giving me have of my drink when I order a venti and was told, “ the machine is only made for grandes.” If the machine is only made for grandes either out the cup back in the machine and fill the rest or don’t have Venti’s as an option. That’s stealing and also false advertisement.

Nice Starbucks, it was a great to have this added to Mauldin since there isn’t a lot of good options for coffee here, the store was clean, smelled amazing like always, friendly staff, my drink was good but hate the fact I have to pay more for a non-dairy alternative, Starbucks needs to get to 2020 and offer more dairy free options out there.

Stopped here this morning for coffee and a bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich. The bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich came to me apart but it wasn’t a big deal because I just put the bread back together. However I pulled my stopper out and saw that it was covered in cinnamon so I decided to check the inside. And this is what I found. Seriously, the top inch to inch and a half of a cup was not full. I ordered a Venti pumpkin spice latte with an extra shot. If I’m going to pay seven dollars for a drink, then I expect to get the whole drink.

The baristas are knowledgeable and make the beverages accurately. They are organized and friendly. I have seen people work here, but it is a little small for me to ever try it. I typically order from her on the app and run inside on my way to work. FYI, there is no drive thru at this location.
