Great. I don’t get coffee or drinks often, but I was tasked with getting them for a few people in town for the day. Offered seasonal drink choices as well as options for us non-coffee drinkers. The staff were so friendly and kind. Service was fast and efficient. The place was clean and organized, and holiday music was playing, but it wasn’t the typical obnoxious fare you usually hear this time of year. I was delighted to see a rainbow flag proudly displayed alongside the USA. Because, ya know, inclusion and celebration of all people. I’m visiting today from the Midlands, and I don’t get to see that too often. So thank you. Thank you for the relaxing and pleasant time.

Subpar Customer Service
Dear customers just get a refund when they mess up your drink. Starbucks needs the business but the rude and bias employees could care less about quality of a drink esp when you politely ask for remake. They also need a class in attitude issues towards customers. I ordered a drink online that I didn’t like the taste of. My daughter asked for a remake and Kerri proceeds to tell her don’t order drinks until you know what you want. Last time I checked Starbucks policy states otherwise. Why would I keep a nasty drink. My second drink came out worst than the first drink which I know she did on purpose. Good news there are plenty other coffee spots to spend money at folks. This location has gone downhill!

I would usually give a 5 Star but todays egg bites was ridiculous. I am an every morning regular M-F. I order my Egg-Bites extra toasted and have said before ” not burnt but brown crispy” and they usually are spot on…NOT TODAY. They were BLACK. I took pics. I didnt see til i got to work and couldnt believe they gave me these egg bites! Disappointed cause I am a regular every morning.

Nice Starbucks, it was a great to have this added to Mauldin since there isn’t a lot of good options for coffee here, the store was clean, smelled amazing like always, friendly staff, my drink was good but hate the fact I have to pay more for a non-dairy alternative, Starbucks needs to get to 2020 and offer more dairy free options out there.

Goodness the frappuccinos are so good. Usually I get java chip or chocolate chip frappuccino. I went for lunch for the first time and the panini I got was so good. Chicken caprese pesto mozzarella and tomatoes yummm got it heated!! For breakfast the blueberry muffin is good or breakfast wrap with egg spinach and feta so good!!!

This by far has became the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I used to come here every single day. The service has went downhill. They do not want to do their job. They get a attitude when you ask him to fix something that was their fault and now they wanna charge you for every little thing that was supposed to already be in your drink I always tip and I always make sure I say thank you and please, but they always have attitudes. I’ve had to call multiple times and haven’t seen any changes I will not be returning and I normally never leave reviews, but this store needs to be shut down.

Stopped here this morning for coffee and a bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich. The bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich came to me apart but it wasn’t a big deal because I just put the bread back together. However I pulled my stopper out and saw that it was covered in cinnamon so I decided to check the inside. And this is what I found. Seriously, the top inch to inch and a half of a cup was not full. I ordered a Venti pumpkin spice latte with an extra shot. If I’m going to pay seven dollars for a drink, then I expect to get the whole drink.
