The carrier arrived on time with the pizza. Also this person (his name sounds something like this: Curtis Wilson), a well spoken person who needs to be commended for his service. The pizza was delivered around 9:20pm in the Hinesville address. The carrier is a person with good manners and a great customer oriented attitude. Pizza Hut needs more employees like him. Thank you.

Surprised by all the negative reviews at this location, my experience was really good. The associate that took my order was friendly and quick. My food was ready in 20 minutes (only 5 minutes longer than I was told) and it was very busy. Waiting area was clean, as was the bathroom. Four stars instead of five because the cheese on the pizza seems a little thin. I know it’s picky, but I love a good cheesy pizza. Looks like the oven might be running a little hot, or the portion is just a tad small. Still, overall great experience and I will be back.

I watched the worker take my pizza out of the oven. As he was putting it into the box, it flipped over onto the counter. He then flips it back over and scrape my toppings off of the counter and scrape them back on to my pizza and proceeded to give it to me. When i told him that i saw him flip my pizza over, his response was, it still looks good. I will never go there again.

Usually the pizza from this location is pretty decent. I’m not picky person about my food but this go around was very disappointing. My pizza was more like breadsticks than a deep dish pizza. I’ve worked at pizza joint before and I know how many hands one pie goes. And this pie is unacceptable for severing to a customer. Lucky enough the girl at the front counter was nice enough to make an actual pizza!

They always forget the extra marinara and extra cheese when we choose delivery. They charge over a dollar for a small cup of marinara and almost $3 for extra cheese. After multiple deliveries it gets pretty frustrating, especially since we tip the members (who don’t deliver the pizza). Picking up the order in person is not a problem, but this location refuses to correct their mistakes when my wife calls and mentions it. I would say we are no longer going to tip the staff, but I think we will just stick to Domino’s.

My pizza was hot, fresh and delivered in a timely manner. My driver Michelle followed directions I left in the app on finding my house correctly and had no problems. Thanks pizza hut just send me parm cheese next time.
