Placed an online order to be pick up but when I arrived there were a couple mistakes. My pizza wasn’t ready at the time i was given so I was told to wait a few extra minutes. Because of the wait he gave me a discount for my next order. Next thing was they gave me the wrong order. They did kindly correct my order! And I got extra pizza. Everything was hot and good! During the whole process the employees were so patient and didn’t have bad attitudes. I could tell they were working hard to keep up with everything. Thank you for patience and kindness! It goes a long way!

My husband doesn’t typically go for Pizza Hut, which stinks because the rest of us like it. He wanted to try the New Yorker…. It tasted like cardboard. Felt like cardboard. His cheese bread was burnt. So disappointing. After reading other reviews I realize calling to speak to a manager is pointless. 0/5 would not recommend.

I was delivered a RAW pizza. I tried to call for an hour to have it remade and redelivered. No success. I called corporate and was told I can return for my refund from the store. After talking to the “manager”, because two pizzas were missing from one box I cannot get a full refund. I will NEVER eat at this location. Only the one on Oglethorpe. I was made to feel from management that I was scamming them. They were trying to force me to come back w a credit only!

We just moved to Hinesville Sunday and have already ordered from here twice. The pizza was the best we’ve had from any Pizza Hut. It was hot, fresh and the sauce was seasoned perfectly. Even the brownies tasted like they had just come out of the oven because they were so gooey and warm.

I added extra red onions was charged for it and it wasn’t added to the pizza. Then I tried to contact Pizza Hut and can’t be connected to the store. Horrible customer service.

These two pizzas that we ordered were so incredibly tasty! They were done super quickly, and when my husband went to pick them up, he said the customer service was great. We have not been to this location for about a year now, due to customer service and poor quality last time. Something must have changed, because the pizzas were so delicious, perfectly made, piping hot and fresh, and just great all around. And when I heard the customer service was above and beyond, we made a decision to put this back in the weekly rotation. I am so pleasantly surprised to be able to say this!!
