I placed an order online for W Screven way which said it would be ready @10:24pm. I pull up and they’re closed. This location on W Oglethorpe was also closed despite their posted hours outside saying open until midnight and ordering still being open online. You could see the orders piling up on the screen from outside. I wonder if the workers are boycotting!! Very strange.

I ordered pan pizza and the picture shown below is what I got….this is not a pan pizza, and I asked the employee working she refused to accept that this is not a pan pizza, I’ve have pan pizzas from Pizza Hut all the time and then new look like this. This is hand tossed. The employees there refused to acknowledge that. Didn’t even offer to fix the order or remake the pizza. I have ordered with Uber eats twice now and the first experience I had was OK aside from the fact that the chicken wings I had ordered were pretty soggy and just didn’t taste that great overall but I also ordered again on Halloween night and it took forever to get our food ( almost 2 hours Which is understandable because it is a holiday ) I ordered cheese bread as a part of a bundle deal and the cheese bread was very overdone. I’m kind of dry. They also didn’t cut the cheese bread either which was super disappointing.

Had a pizza delivery & received the wrong order. Was told the only way we could get the correct food was to bring the pizzas back untouched (of course our kid got into one slice) after we paid a delivery fee & after they gave the 3rd party dash driver the incorrect food. So i guess we take back food from one house to give to another house?? We just wanted the correct food, Needless to say we only got back a $20 credit off $40

Surprised by all the negative reviews at this location, my experience was really good. The associate that took my order was friendly and quick. My food was ready in 20 minutes (only 5 minutes longer than I was told) and it was very busy. Waiting area was clean, as was the bathroom. Four stars instead of five because the cheese on the pizza seems a little thin. I know it’s picky, but I love a good cheesy pizza. Looks like the oven might be running a little hot, or the portion is just a tad small. Still, overall great experience and I will be back.

I ordered a pizza at 2pm. I just called at 5:10pm and they told me it going to be another 2 hours. This store is insane, im not sure how they are in business still. The person that picked up the phone sounded like she just woke up and was very rude.

I watched the worker take my pizza out of the oven. As he was putting it into the box, it flipped over onto the counter. He then flips it back over and scrape my toppings off of the counter and scrape them back on to my pizza and proceeded to give it to me. When i told him that i saw him flip my pizza over, his response was, it still looks good. I will never go there again.

Your prices have tripled and your quality has gone down the tube. I’ve complained repeatedly about over cooking the cheese Stix. They are a square brown crust. Can’t even tell its cheese. Ive been a loyal hut customer but I guess im looking for new.
