The pizza always tastes great. Delivery sometimes doesn’t go as planned. I think our pizza fell over on the way as you can see in the pictures. When I called they were quick to give a $10 credit.

Pizza wasn’t cooked all the way. Wings were good. And dessert was good. Asked for half onions and it was covered with onions. We asked for light cheese and it was covered as well. Pay attention to detail. Works well.

We have not sat down to eat at Pizza Hut in years. This location is always understaffed, but they were working very hard. The pizza still came out relatively quickly with the amount of pizza’s they had going out the door. The pizza was very good. I took off one star bc we had to wipe down the table, but we could have moved to another. Overall, I was really impressed with how well they did when I know they all had to be exhausted.

Placed online order waited over 45 minutes. To be informed one of my pizzas was given to another customer by accident. Proceeded to wait am additional 10 min. For a pizza I had already paid for. Ridiculous. She was much more distracted with her kids running around the lobby than actually doing her job.

The first time we ate here, we dined in when we first moved to the area. There were no prices on the menu, but we (mistakenly) assumed the prices were the same as at every other Pizza Hut we ever ordered from. They were NOT. We paid $40 for a medium pizza and a side of wings. We looked online and the prices were “normal” so I don’t know what the heck they are doing there.
After that, we decided to only order take out or delivery.
We ordered take out another time and paid extra for two pan pizzas. We got two hand-tossed pizzas. When we called about it, the manager (or whoever it was) said that the dough must have been under-proofed. So maybe DON’T use it?? They offered a credit for ONE of the pizzas, which we have yet to use.
We just ordered delivery. I was NOT told beforehand that it would be DoorDash doing the delivery, since the order was made through Pizza Hut’s site. I found out in a text message AFTER I ordered. I wanted to order pan, but it said they were out of stock, so I got two hand-tossed pizzas. One of the pizzas was extra pepperoni, but there was big areas with no pepperoni OR cheese at all. The other was so unevenly “tossed” that part of it was super thick (thicker than a pan pizza) and the other part was thin crust.
I really don’t understand what these people are doing, but it is NOT making good pizza. Will never order from there again. We gave them three chances, and they failed every single time.
(To make matters worse, we ordered a $25 deal and ended up paying $50 after tips and fees. Ridiculous!)

Ordered my pizza togo! Was hot and ready when I got there. I checked both pizza and for the first They were correct the first time. Girl behind counter was nice but didn’t open and show me the pizzas?? Do they still do that??
