I ordered two large pizzas, extra sauce and some bogo wings. BOTH of my pizzas came with NO SAUCE! I mean NONE! Unbelievable right?! I have the pictures to prove it! And it was the worse bite I ever had. My wings were dry, cold, & old. Brianna was somewhat helpful when I was FINALLY able to get through to the store after the 5th time calling, by calling the call center. But she did not apologize ONCE! Tried to say they’d deliver it if WE PAY THE DELIVERY FEE. No! Bring us our food y’all messed up or ill pick up new pizza and want a refund! Like it was our fault. I’ll never order here again!

I love me some Pizza Hut Pizza . And this location loves the customer. I got hand toss crust with Pepperoni, Italian Sausage and Mushroom. The bread, pepperoni, Italian sausage and Mushroom was fresh. My taste buds enjoyed it and my stomach was satisfied.

Ordered a few pizzas about a hour ago. They show up and one looks absolutely mangled. Tried calling the store only to be left on the counter or something. Called again and got hung up on 3 times. Not only did the food just suck all I got was wings and bread sticks. I asked for 1 ranch to go with wings. She stated dipping sauce was with bread sticks. I look and he’s there a marinara sauce for the breadsticks I said yes ma’am these are for the breadsticks may I please have a sauce for the wings she said yes that’ll be one dollar. We order from this store every Wednesday. Tonight (10/29/25) we ordered like we always do. A lot of time passed by and our food never came. We called and the lady told us she canceled our order because she didn’t have breadsticks. We told her we didn’t care about that, we didn’t need them. Cannot believe this place or the Pizza Hut organization as a whole… complete FAIL on all fronts. Placed an order on the app. App notified me that the delivery was going to be completed by DoorDash as they were short on drivers. Cool. 20 minutes past my anticipated delivery time, my poor DoorDash driver contacts me to let me know she’s been in a car crash. Tried contacting the store, only to be directed through to corporate customer service when no one would answer. I tried on multiple occasions to reach anyone at the corporate service number who could help me, only to be redirected back to the store… At which point no one would answer in my call would be disconnected. It is now nearly an hour after my anticipated delivery time… I have yet to speak with anyone… I have yet to ascertain what is going to happen with my order… In the meantime, have made it completely separate meal for my family who is starving… Any response Pizza Hut???? Does this get you attention? Check my order history… We are long-standing customers. You’ve just lost us. Prayers to my DoorDash driver for being the only one to communicate with me in this situation.

just curious; this is the THIRD time ive selected the basil pesto swirl as a topping, and this is the THIRD time in a row it hasn’t been on my pizza 🙁
i get if the store is out or they don’t have it anymore but if so, why make it an option? shame cause i really love it. but ive learned my lesson this time and just wont add it next time.

I ordered two pizzas with extra sauce and green olives. I received a call (thank you for calling) from pizza hut indicating that they did not have any green peppers and did I still want the pizza. Yeah, go ahead. I asked about the green olives and was told that Pizza Hut did not offer green olives despite it being an option. The pizza’s were “dry,” they had very little sauce, nonetheless, extra sauce. We were hungry and did not feel like driving back to the restaurant. I will either order from a different location next time or go somewhere else.

The pizza was made poorly with about 2 inches worth of crust on the pie edge itself and then very little toppings for what was supposed to be a large three topping pizza. It didn’t even get close to the edge of the pizza box at that! On top of that when I called the restaurant, the male that answered the phone was rude and said there was nothing wrong with the pizza. He said they had been making pies all day and this was the first complaint they had gotten. We’ve bought Pizza Hut for well over 30 years and above all other pizza places and never had a pie like this with so much extra crust on the edge and such light toppings! I called to ask if maybe the recipe changed or maybe it was a new employee that made it wrong and again, was rudely told no. Then the male simply said they’d refund me $10, which wasn’t what I wanted nor asked for. Right after saying that he hung up the phone. It’s like he got offended by me pointing out the flaws in the pizza! I paid for the large 3 topping pie (and the pan pizza upcharge) with cinnamon sticks deal on the Pizza Hut site, got it delivered by Door Dash, which I don’t like dealing with those delivery companies when it comes to prepared food, because of all the atrocities I’ve heard about that, then ended up with a wide pizza crust edge and light toppings. I paid $30 for what? The pie also looked like it could have stayed in the oven a few more minutes it didn’t even have any golden baked color to it! Very disappointed with this experience, we will just go elsewhere next time; just because they’re close by doesn’t make them the best choice. We ate it because that was our dinner and it was getting late.
