GREAT PIZZA! We haven’t gotten Pizza Hut in a while because the one that’s closest to us has bad customer service and sub par pizzas. I found this location and we have it a try. THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The pizza was hot & ready on time. The toppings were plentiful and the pizza was cooked to Pizza Hut perfection. This location is 15 minutes further than the closest location, but the drive was totally worth it. We’ll be back.

Ordered and paid for stuffed cheese crust pepperoni, NO cheese when eating. Called and lady stated that she made the pizza and added cheese to crust. She stated that I could bring it back and she would make another but rudely added that the new pizza would be just the same. Out $2 but will find another place to spend my money.

Very disgusted! Today when I walked in to pick my order up, I witnessed the one and only individual working wipe sweat from his face with his hands that was not in gloves. Then proceeded to pick up food and cook it. I still payed for my order since I placed it. It was disappointing just looking at it, not that I was going to eat it after what I witnessed. But anyway here’s a pic of the supposed to be BBQ wings

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I don’t even know why this location is still open. They are rude, disgusting, have absolutely no customer service skills and have the audacity to get an attitude with you after they made your order wrong. I placed an order at 7:00. At 9:30 there was still no pizza. Called the store for 2 hours with no response. Went to the store it was wide open with no employees in site. Seth lied and said my order left the store at 9:00. Interesting i still haven’t received any order 3 days later.

This is the second time in a row that this location messed up our order. The first time our Hawaiian pizza was made with chicken instead of ham. But they offered us a $10 credit for it. This most recent time our order arrived late in 1 hour when it was giving us an estimated time frame of 30 minutes for delivery. We had a graduation to get to on time so I figured ordering pizza would save us some time instead of cooking dinner. That was a flop. Which they claimed was not their fault because they use door dash drivers and they said sometimes the driver has 4 or 5 other orders to drop off at the same time. But what happened to keeping your food warm in insulated bags until it’s delivered? Then we were missing an order of cheese bread sticks which my 2 little ones look forward to. So needless to say that was an upset in itself when the food arrived. Also, The pepperoni pizza literally had 5 pieces of pepperoni on it, like as if they literally put one on each slice of the pie. And all of the pizzas were cold & overcooked. It tasted like we were eating the card board box that it comes in. Never ordering from this location again. I want my money back.

I ordered online from Pizza Hut. Order delivered around 10:25. Order 1 was Pepperoni Lover Pizza melt, Meat Lover Pizza Melt, 2 soda brownie. The pizzamelts were not good, the meat was cold, and the crust was almost burnt and hard. The brownie cold. Order 2 was a deep dish pepperoni pineapple large pizza. The pepperoni was crisper than bacon (burnt). The crust more hand tossed than deep dish. Tried to call back no answer, called today no answer, then finally this evening get answer ask for management for manager to tell me he was not working so I have to speak to the manager who was which he won’t be back until tomorrow. Should I not be extremely upset. Not the service I expect from Pizza Hut, I am truly disappointed.

I usually order Papa Johns but they weren’t delivering today for some reason, ordered here instead and I was very pleasantly surprised. I bought the Hawaiian Chicken Pizza and the Family Pasta deal with chicken alfredo and breadsticks, everything tasted great and was reasonably priced. It was delivered through Doordash and got here quickly for the distance, friendly driver as well. Will order again.

By mistake, the wrong pizza was ordered. I explained that we do not eat pork, so I never would’ve ordered ham on a pizza. I called and asked if I could bring the pizza back in. The guy my husband and I spoke to was very rude and explained that we could not get another one. The other pizza (cheese) that was ordered was correct, but my children later explained to me that it smelled like pork, so they could not eat that one. So, I ordered another pizza from the store on East Lake, which is my preferred location. I had my daughter to pick it up, however, she thought it was at that same Hwy 81 location. When she got there, a customer told her to make sure she checks her pizza. When she entered the store, she witnessed someone preparing pizzas without gloves. She also witnessed someone walking back and forth from outside to the back of the store. She realized that I ordered the new pizza from the location on East Lake, which is our preferred location.There has never been an issue with us ordering there. In the future, if the pizza has to come from the Hwy 81 location, I’ll just order Papa John’s. If I can’t get it from the East Lake location or Papa’s, I pay the extra for the good food and excellent customer service at Chic-Fil-A.
