Went there specifically for bread sticks and cinnamon sticks. Zero seasoning on the bread sticks that were dry and overcooked and no icing with the cinnamon sticks. Pizza was okay. Check your order before you leave or just don’t order at all.

Called at 10:50pm they immediately said they’re closed and said all the other pizza huts are open until 12am for carry out only. I didn’t even get to say whether I wanted carryout or delivery. It’s extremely clear this is just another restaurant with lazy workers that want to close the store whenever they want to.

I order regularly from this place and normally I don’t have any problems. Today I ordered 3 pizzas and it took forever to get them delivered. The app to track it kept changing the time up to 45 minutes later than originally. When it finally got to me the order was short. I only received 2 pizzas, it took me 30 minutes for a “manager” to pick up the phone and when she finally did and I explained what had happened, she asked if I wanted a refund or what (no apologies), obviously I said I wanted a refund, she asked me to hold, I am still on hold, I have been for 30 more minutes already and waiting. I love Pizza Hut and it is a shame the kind of horrible customer service this store has.
