Very disappointed with my experience
. The pizza was honestly the worst I’ve had there, and to make things worse, my order came with one wing missing. It’s frustrating to pay full price and not even receive everything you ordered. I hope management takes better care with quality and accuracy because this was not acceptable.

Overall the pizzas were good. I ordered the cheese stuff pizza. And a regular pepperoni pizza. The cheese stuffed was missing some crunch in it. The pepperoni pizza was on spot I would say. I would give higher stars but I had to stand there for 5 mins before someone helped me at the cashier.

This was by far the worse pizza I’ve ever had. It’s simply just reading what the customer ask for and is paying for. But they chose to do whatever they want. I blame the management for not doing any QC. I didn’t even call to get my money back but it’s the last $35 or red cent they will see from my pockets. If it was that bad in the beginning I can only imagine what they would have given me the second time around. You would think I order 1/2 and 1/2 pizzas. There is no consistency on either pizza. The beef pizza has almost nothing but bread on half and the white chicken has sauce on 3 slices. I’m laughing because with instructions on how to make them, you still manage to get it wrong.

Food and Atmosphere is what you would expect from a Pizza Hut takeout branch.
Service at this particular location is horrible. I frequent this location enough over the years to say that:
– it is common for your order to be quite a bit late compared to the expected pickup time, even on a light day
– your orders may spontaneously be canceled, with no manager on site to correct/address this
– your order made be made incorrectly, or the staff may argue with you because they aren’t familiar with the obvious deal on the website
– the on-site staff does not care about ensuring customer satisfaction (this isn’t about being entitled, this is simply an observation/result of being handed an explanation of them not being able to assist and can’t do anything about it)
Take your money and go elsewhere – either a different branch or a different brand. There’s plenty of other places nearby.
On a good day and the worst thing is your order being ready 10-15 mins late, everything is to be expected – never had a bad food experience when they made it right.

The order was wrong when picked up missing two orders of wings when given they only gave me these which have no sauce! And didn’t even give me the bone in wings… I called and called and never answered, I had to get corporate involved. This is ridiculous!!!! Never have I had an experience like this from a Pizza Hut. Management needs to be more responsible for their location and customer service!!!

We have had bad experiences at this store in the past, but, wanted to try the flatzz, so, decided to give it a shot. So glad I did!! The pizza was amazing and Chris was very attentive and seemed to genuinely care that I was satisfied. I’ll definitely be back!

So you buy pizza but they no longer have packets of garlic, crused pepper etc. Nor are they available to use in the store. And they want to charge you $1 per condiment. WTH? Oh and they dont have napkins. Thanks so much
