Great spot in Hackensack for a fresh and filling meal.
I ordered the chicken bowl and it was excellent. The chicken was tender, well seasoned, and cooked perfectly. The rice, beans, and toppings were fresh and balanced. Portion size was generous for the price.
Service was quick and friendly, and the place was clean. I will definitely be back for the chicken bowl again.

Absolutely amazing experience at Guac Time The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The quesadilla was crispy and loaded, and the burrito bowl was packed with generous portions and quality ingredients. Everything tasted clean and authentic.

I tried the honey chipotle chicken bowl and a grilled chicken crunchwrap from Guac Time yesterday. For the price, the quantity was generous. The ingredients in both the bowl and the wrap were fresh, high quality and delicious. The proteins were tender, juicy and flavorful, especially the honey chipotle chicken. The toppings that came in the bowl and crunchwrap complimented the proteins and enhanced the dish. They have a wide range of sauces available — the mango verde was my favorite, but each sauce is unique and yummy in its own way. Both items delivered an authentic Mexican taste while using halal ingredients. I am already looking forward to purchasing these items again, and trying out other items from their extensive menu.
I also tried the churros, and they hit the spot in the best way. Crunchy on the outside, warm and gooey with caramel stuffed inside — can’t stop thinking about these.
Definitely don’t miss out on this place!

Guac time rocks. The staff are so kind and patient. They always make sure you love your meal. Food comes out super quick with big portions that taste amazing and fresh. Best part is they serve hand slaughtered (Zabiha halal) meat. You can eat without worry.

Que Rico!! All I can say is WOW. What a great experience. I placed a rather large order on Uber Eats and when I went to pick it up the owner was so kind and even gave me chips on the house. (Life hack: they have BUY ONE GET ONE FREE in most items via Uber Eats)

And of course it’s HALAL. Yes HALAL Mexican food walking distance form the masjid. Best restaurant in town!
