They said they had to cook more of the chicken that some in our party ordered and it would be about 15 minutes or so. . .it was over 45 minutes by the time we received our meals. Thank goodness everything was delicious! The ONLY thing that was amazing was our server, Kallel. He took great care of us and made sure we had updates as to what was going on. Kudos to Kallel!!

Cracker Barrel in Marana, AZ is very nice especially if you have an RV. Quick service, great food, and customer service is awesome.
I’ll definitely be back to try something different off the menu, but this time I had the garlic trim tip with mashed potatoes and corn, $11 if you get there between 4pm-6pm.
The meat was so soft ^ delicious and i took home a $6, meatloaf for tomorrow lunch.

Nice place, must be coz all the people waiting 30mins or more for lunch. While waiting they have a nice store that offers lots of trinkets and munchies. I got grandmas assortment the pancakes and eggs were good along with sausage and ham and bacon. My wife got the steak and veggies but the steak was overcooked, however they happily replaced it quickly. It took us about 40mins to get a seat but from the time we ordered to receiving the food was fast. It took the waitress a while to get me a drink refill but the lemonade was good. Very easy to use the app at the table to pay and tip, all in all a good experience. The restrooms were clean and smelled good.

This is hard to do. But after 30 years of coming here and working here for a short period of time while in high school, I feel this to be necessary.
Came to get brunch with Dad and got seated. Sat down and started chatting away. After a short time, we realized we hadn’t been greeted or offered a drink. After getting our drinks, we proceeded to place our orders. No issues, all went well. Continued to hang out and talk, wondering when we can get some water. Ordered coffee and tea as well. I ordered the steak and eggs with some hash brown casserole on the side. Dad got the country boy breakfast chicken fried chicken. We ended up finishing our first round of drinks and waiting a while to get refills. We got our refills and held off on drinking too fast to not be without. Food has arrived! Awesome, we are hungry. I’m so hungry I’m struggling to decide which hand to hold the knife. But all kidding aside, I take my first bite of meat! Cold as the table it’s on. I’m not one to turn down a meal being hungry, so I carry on. I did ask for gravy with my biscuits and was waiting for that. Grab a bit of eggs and… yeah, they were just as cool as the meat. Now the casserole, the casserole was good! It was also as warm as the steam bath it waits in. Still waiting for the server to come check because she didn’t even deliver the food. No gravy yet. After a few bites of food, I go to grab a napkin and chuckle because there are none. Well, time to get resourceful. I see the paper utensil came in and wipe away. All better! Yes, at this point, I had to get up and go mention something. The cashier who assisted me was amazing! Thank you for understanding me. The manager was also amazing and insisted on comping the meal while delivering napkins to us. I had to find a random server to bribe my check so I could pay but was met at the counter by the on-duty manager who insisted I didn’t pay. So I’ll return but hope to have a better time then!

Very nice waiter that I had. Food was okay. They need a better chef to cook food better. Use different taste for people who don’t like spicy food. Then get bland food some kind of spice. Breakfast could be better. Pancakes need a better taste. Otherwise everything else was good meatloaf and chicken and dumplings were also good. Thank you.

Food was not good. Had a steak that was more than half just grizzle, fried okra was cold, onion petals were cold, they forgot half of my husband’s meal. Our server was amazing though.

Very nice place. Lots of parking. Waiting about 30 minutes for a table. Some of that time was spent looking through the gift shop. The bathrooms were clean. After we were seated, we immediately ordered. I had the Country Fried Steak smothered in sawmill gravy. Delicious. Have never been disappointed in this dish. Highly recommended.

We arrived around 1pm on a Sunday. We timed our visit thinking we would avoid the crowds, unfortunately the place was busy non-stop and l don’t think they ever slowed down while we were there.
The building appeared well maintained and free of any noticable defects.
Warmly greeted just inside the front door by a highly professional and enthusiastic hostess that took my name and phone number. The hostess advised we had a 15 – 20 min wait. I immediately received a text message advising that l was in the system.
Well short of our projected wait time l received another text telling us we were next as my name was called overhead. We were seated immediately without incident.
Upon seating we were instantly met by our server Korey D. Korey was simply delightful, highly professional and extremely personable. Her mastery of the menu was clearly abundant. We immediately sensed that we were in good hands. Korey soon returned with our drink orders. Sadly our iced teas were apparently hot as they melted the ice almost instantly. Korey sensing our concern immediately brought by extra glasses of ice upon her next pass.
Our food arrived at record setting warp speed. One of our party members sent back her chicken and dumplings, she felt it was warm and not hot, additionally she felt the contents were dry and unsatisfying. The replacement plate arrived almost instantly. The replacement plate was highly satisfactory. It was truly refreshing that the plate was replaced without attitude.
Overall we had an extremely pleasant visit with hot, fresh and delicious comfort food. Drink refills proved slow and problematic.
I’d gladly return.

Great overall place to have some lunch with a client. Lots of food options, even outside the standard Southern-inspired dishes. Not many dessert options, which was surprising, but the Country Store made up for it with the fudge.
